Negative experience: A bunch of real incompetents, they don't know how to do their job. They know just enough math to get out of bed, and they also pit owners against tenants. Don't even dare to show up there. They lie to one another to save themselves. Staff that isn't even worth selling tissues at a traffic light.

Negative experience: Honestly, one of the worst real estate agencies out there... a lot of neglect on their part... they tell you that they will do everything possible for you to see the apartment and in the end, it's all lies. I do not recommend this real estate agency at all, if it can be called that. Also, they are very rude when talking on the phone. When they are not interested in renting, they say that they are fully booked for the day you want to make an appointment, and they don't give you an option for the next day. They ask you for documents in advance when it should be at the moment you see the apartment, not by email or WhatsApp without knowing us at all. A bad experience, and I do not recommend it. It's a shame that I can't give it 0 stars.

Negative experience: Terrible service, I call this number and they tell me they are another company, I try to talk and the lady hangs up on me very rudely, what a horrible treatment.

Negative experience: Very little professionalism. After a month of posting the ad for the sale of an apartment without the option to show it and stalling, they tell me that the apartment is only sold with the tenants (or occupants) currently living there. Very few serious, as the ad does not mention anything about this.

Fantastic experience: I just bought my little house with this real estate agency and honestly, the service has been top-notch from the very beginning. I needed a little more time for the deposit and there were no problems; the owner was lovely as well. Everything has been great ☺️ last week we signed at the notary and Cristina was very attentive, Helena and Mónica were super nice too. My experience has been very good and I recommend them; I don't understand all the negative reviews I see... I've never had any problems with them, they have been helping me with everything I've needed. All the issues with changing bills, certificates, getting the boiler running which cost me a lot... etc. They helped me with everything! Girls, I’ll show you the little house when I finish painting it! I'm so happy!!!

Negative experience: From minute one, it was all lies and neglect. They rented us a newly built house with poorly done construction that didn't have smoke exits, and there was mold under the windows because they didn't put thermal insulation. The issue isn't that; the problem is how they lied to us, saying it was condensation on our part when the worker himself confirmed that they hadn't insulated it in the construction, and that's where the problem came from. The mold appeared a month after we started living there, and it took them almost a year to come and scrape and paint, which also didn't solve the problem. They are very neglectful, and you have to constantly chase them to solve any issue. Moreover, they lie very easily and only want money. I do not recommend this real estate agency at all. I could list a thousand problems we've had with them, but I wouldn't finish.

Negative experience: I contacted this agency in search of a long-term rental property, they rented me a house and were asking for it back before a year was up. A few weeks later, they told me I could stay as long as I wanted. During this period, we faced many setbacks that we had to take on ourselves, as neither the agency nor the owner were willing to resolve them. Before three years were up, they asked for the house back again, giving us a short period to find another place. The real estate agency washed their hands of it, and we had to fend for ourselves as best we could. Eventually, we left, and they were so dishonest that they did not change the ownership, and I am still paying for the services that the owner of the house enjoys. I do NOT recommend this real estate agency at all.

Negative experience: I do not recommend it, zero transparency. I pay for the community when no one else does. My rent has increased by 2% when no one else's has, and I clean the stairs myself. They only know how to take money. The professionals, if we can call them that, especially Elena, is arrogant and has no empathy... in short, do not go here.

Fantastic experience: We are in the process of renting with them. I honestly don't understand why there are so many negative comments, but here is my experience: Cristina has been a real breath of fresh air! After spending some time viewing several apartments with other real estate advisors (who leave much to be desired), we found Cristina. She has been wonderful, has a lot of knowledge about the apartments, answered all our questions, and even reorganized her schedule to show us another apartment option on the same day as our original appointment! Not only that, she is also a true professional, super friendly, and always has a smile on her face. Even if they don't approve our rental, I am glad to have been in the hands and experience of someone like Cristina.

Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena y las recomiendo, no entiendo tanta valoración negativa que veo... yo nunca he tenido ningún problema con ellas, en todo lo que he necesitado han estado ayudando. Todo el tema de cambio de recibos, certificados, poner la caldera en funcionamiento que me costó mogollón... etc. Me ayudaron en todo! Chicas ya os enseñaré la casita cuando termine de pintarla! Positive experience: Hemos estado dos años con ellos en un alquiler y hemos tenido buenos y malos momentos. El inicio fue tormentoso porque tuvimos la falta de profesionalidad de una comercial y la dueña de la inmobiliaria no nos apoyó en absoluto. Sin embargo, la nueva comercial que la sustituyó, Cristina, y que fue nuestro enlace con el propietario de la vivienda, no hizo más que ayudarnos con todo. Solo con Cristina nos sentimos escuchados y protegidos a pesar que la dueña de la inmobiliaria parece no apoyar más que a los propietarios. Muchas gracias por todo Cristina, esta reseña es por ti.

Negative experience: Muy poca profesionalidad mi experiencia es quedan contigo a primeros de octubre para enseñarte un piso te dicen que te llamaran cuando hablase con el propietario y a finales de mes todavía estoy esperando una llamada de esta gente...lo dicho muy poco profesionales.

Fantastic experience: Inmobilaria con solera en Arganda del Rey, casi 20 años intermediando compra venta de viviendas y alquileres. En mi caso sólo puedo hablar bien en las 2 vertientes, todo el equipo es encantador, profesionales y siempre dispuestas a solventar cualquier duda o problema que surja. Resaltar el buen hacer de la responsable de la sociedad, Monica Mut, seriedad.y profesionalidad donde las haya.

Negative experience: Unos mentirosos,poco profesionales, no tienen ni idea de nada.... evitar a toda costa. Hay muchas inmobiliarias, así que mejor ir a otra.

Negative experience: Fuimos interesados en un piso que tienen en el escaparate, pero parece que no tienen ninguna gana de vender o no saben los inmuebles que tienen en venta. Cuando se lo comentamos nos dice que no tenían tal piso. Trato desagradable (además sin usar mascarilla), para no comprar nunca con ellos.

Fantastic experience: Son un equipo muy profesional que se preocupa de sus clientes y siempre ayuda con un gran trato y amabilidad. Te facilitan todos los trámites y siempre están cuando se necesita. Hacen de intermediarios entre el el arrendador y el arrendatario de manera imparcial. Te dicen las cosas con sinceridad y honestidad, aunque sea algo que no quieras oir. Sólo tengo buenas palabras para esta inmobiliaria. La mejor de todas las que he conocido sin ningún tipo de duda. Sólo espero que les vaya siempre bien. Enhorabuena por un gran trabajo.

Fantastic experience: Creo que varias reseñas negativas son de personas que no llegaron realmente a conocer bien tanto los servicios como el personal y su calidad no sólo como profesionales sino como personas sinceras y honestas. Se ofrece un servicio realmente exhaustivo, de calidad, y no tiene nada que ver con otras inmobiliarias que sólo buscan el dinero rápido. Sea cual sea el servicio – alquilar, invertir, comprar, es de mucha calidad. En mi caso, una pequeña inversión, es una gozada poder disponer de un intermediario que se encarga de la totalidad de las gestiones.
