Negative experience: I would take away the only star I give them, I HAD TO REPORT THEM, they hid information about the property and they drop the bomb until it has already been marked and only because I asked (if not, they wouldn't tell me until they handed over the keys) if you complain about their poor management they tell you that they won't refund your money (even though no document of any kind has been signed and they didn't even give me a payment receipt), if you try to find solutions they tell you that you are a manipulator and blackmailer, that it’s all your fault for not accepting the property even though it was they who hid information, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS REAL ESTATE, RUN, YOU STILL HAVE TIME!!!! they just want to rob you without any shame, now they will respond that I am here and I am there, trying to deny what I have said or that my review is false as they have done with the rest of the people who dare to tell the truth through this medium, but I will not rest until I get my money back.

Negative experience: They are scammers, it's not worth doing business with them, they want to rent you a property while hiding information. In my case, the services were shared with another property and I had to send a photo of the electricity meter to the owner to tell me how much I had to pay. We signaled them, they didn't give us receipts, nor did we sign a contract. We want to sign, and they don't want to, and now it turns out they don't want to return the deposit. The agent Denia is a scammer, a liar, it's not worth doing business with this real estate agency, SCAMMERS! But this won't end here, we have reported them and we will go to the last consequences, they can't keep my money!!!

On the other hand, filtering through another company that is not yours is not illegal to my knowledge, just as choosing what kind of tenant we wanted is not illegal either; I don't know what you intend with those accusations. According to you, we are the 'Getas of the year.' Gentlemen, I must tell you that aside from being incompetent, you are the 'scum of the year.'

Negative experience: I wouldn't give it a single star if I had the option. The agents are very friendly and help you until they have their commission in their pockets, and after that, they don't exist, they don't respond, they promise to help but then leave you on read in the messages. In our case, we can't change the water ownership because we are from the Valencian community and the water bills go to Madrid. They informed us about this about 4 months after buying the house, and to this day we still don't have the bill, let alone the change of ownership. Incompetent!

Negative experience: I cannot overlook my experience with this real estate agency, especially so my comment might help others not to go through the same as I had to and to think twice about hiring their services, which are TERRIBLE. The name 'tranquil owners' does not refer to anything at all; during the time I was with them, I was not calm at any moment. As they always do, they will dispute me, since I have had to hear twice how they blame me for my apartment not being rented. In the two months I had their services, they only managed to arrange two visits, with three changes of real estate agent without any communication from their side towards us. Furthermore, we had to call them three times (on a Friday at closing time, by the way) to find out if there were any interested calls for our apartment or any visits because they did not bother to communicate anything to us, while having to endure, on two occasions, their two agents Eva and Gema telling us they wouldn't be available 24/7 for us when we neither intended nor wanted that; if it were so, our calls wouldn't have been on a Friday at closing time, but every day, and they knew perfectly well our urgency. The last straw was when we decided not to hire their non-payment insurance (by the way, more than double what another company charges; they claim their insurance is very comprehensive and the others are rubbish but what they don't say is the commission they take for it) if they did nothing. From that point on, even less, they scheduled visits more than a week later, as is evident, people lose interest in seeing an apartment. They raised objections for me to pass the filter for my insurance but NEVER made it clear that they were not going to make that management; moreover, I asked the real estate agent Gema through a phone call if I could pass the link to a future tenant of my non-payment insurance, and she told me that YES, I SHOULD PASS IT. But it never happened. Also, a very important thing is that they listed my apartment on a real estate portal called Fotocasa; I asked why they weren't listing it on Idealista since it is the first real estate portal with the best results and moves the most, and the response was because they list more Premium houses there. The end finally came when two months later, for the second time, we had a discussion with the real estate agent Gema (who told me again that they wouldn't be available for me 24/7) and Oscar (her boss), and I decided not to continue with them anymore. It was clear that they were not doing their job well and didn’t want to do it well with me either. Being very unclear with any communication. Thanks to this decision, my apartment is rented in a day, proof that THEY DID NOTHING. As I said at the beginning, I hope my comment helps you not to choose this real estate agency and that you don’t go through the same as I did.
