Negative experience: After breaking the sales contract and two months later, they are still advertising the chalet that is no longer for sale. After calling them and asking them to take it down, they indicate that they use it as a lure to then redirect the sales to other houses. This is how professional they are, and this is how they continue to deceive people. If they keep advertising the house, we will proceed with the appropriate complaint as they do not have authorization to maintain the advertisement and are deceiving people.

Negative experience: The worst of the worst! More than 15 days ago, I agreed with the agent Arantxa to go on the 21st to appraise a chalet. She explained the situation and went to meet with the opposing party, appraising it for much less than it is worth. On top of that, she tells me that what I need to do is bring in a professional appraiser. So, it was bad, no, it was super bad.

Fantastic experience: I am the seller of the apartment in Arganda. It's true that I told Sonia Romero, 'if you want to take something, you can take it.' It's an old washing machine, it's 13 years old, and if it was a misunderstanding and Sonia has already returned it to the buyer, I think the previous comment is disproportionate; let's not take things out of proportion. Sonia is a good professional and does not deserve such a negative review. Redpiso is expensive, yes, but others do not work for free either.

Fantastic experience: Excellent professionals from all the advisors, especially Sonia R. They guide you from the very first moment. I sold a property a few months ago and compared to other real estate agencies, I can highlight their extensive experience and good treatment while I felt accompanied at all times. On the other hand, I just read a review from a client who did not have the same experience, and I would like to remind her that a property is sold (she buys), not furniture, I just wanted to make that clarification as I found it very unfair after reading it to generate a debate that cannot be defended, this is not FCBK or some social media platform. Finally, I recommend their services, no real estate agency will do it for free, and yes, it costs more than others. There must be a reason for that, and I certainly do not regret it.

Negative experience: They sell a 'habitable' house that is practically in ruins but very well made up with a coat of paint and false ceilings. They constantly hint at 'B' payments outside of legality. Conclusion, two years lost for buying a house in ruins, but luckily justice did its job, making them return the money we invested. I curse the day we walked through that door. Totally inadvisable to have any dealings with these people, especially with Álvaro, the biggest pirate of all. Great face-lift of a house that has a rotten structure, dampness at the entrance, and a report stating that it is a home in which one cannot live… once again, they have done it again… paint, a couple of pieces of furniture, and covering up the rotten structure knowing that the house is a danger. That is already acting in bad faith, a crime. Poor is the person who gets deceived again... we have reports, complaints, and a ruling.

Tanto la atención recibida como la total transparencia y claridad con cada detalle demuestran el buen hacer tanto de Álvaro, como del resto de comerciales con los que traté. Me dieron la oportunidad de visitar otros inmuebles por la zona. Negative experience: Debe de ser una de las peores inmobiliarias que conozco. Publican casas y cuando llamas te dicen que es un error, que se han equivocado y no está en venta, pero aprovechan para intentar venderte otra y cosas así.

Negative experience: Una auténtica vergüenza, yo fui engañado de una forma miserable por no decir otra palabra, a mi me engañaron con las comisiones de venta , acorde’ unas comisiones de palabra en la primera reunión y cuando fui a firmar la venta del piso ,no mire por que confié en ellos y me las habían cambiado aprovechándose de mi confianza , me engañaron casi 6000 euros que me fue imposible recuperar... estaba ya todo firmado y no podía dar marcha atrás. Se me han pasado mucha cosas por la cabeza , pero al final es mejor seguir para delante en intentar olvidar y tener más cuidado la próxima vez. Humildemente os aconsejo , si hacéis algo con esta oficina es tener mucho cuidado con lo que habléis, y no os fíes de Max a que no esté firmado,son capaces de cuelquier cosa por vender.

Negative experience: Le pongo 1 estrella y por qué no se puede poner menos, nos mandan para ver un piso y la persona responsable de enseñarnos el piso no estaba, nos atiende una persona para hacerme un estudio, y me dice que no soy apto sin preguntarme cuanto cobro, Cuando ya me hicieron el estudio anteriormente en otras inmobiliarias y era apto. Y luego resulta que el piso que iba a ir a ver rusulta que ya estaba reservado y no se les veía con muchas ganas de trabajar que digamos... INCOMPETENTES!!! No voy a volver hacer absolutamente nada con redpiso y mucho menos con estos de Arganda.

Fantastic experience: Buenas tardes! Me dirijo específicamente a la agencia de redpiso Arganda del rey( plaza de la Constitución). En nuestro caso la atención fué: PROFESIONAL desde el Primer día! Especialmente por el agente inmobiliario Eduardo, dedicado, preocupado y transparente en las operaciones y todavía cuando se me han presentado algunos inconvenientes con la fibra u otros detalles, han estado allí de la mano. En conclusión: fué una venta bien ejecutada. Buenas tardes.

Negative experience: La palabra que puede definirles es IMPRESENTABLES, tengo un inmueble en venta en un portal de internet, han llamado muchos comerciales interesandose en la venta del mismo muy amablemente,no es el caso de esta oficina, tras la negativa que Les hemos dado en numerosas ocasiones concretamente a red piso, ya que la venta la queremos realizar sin intermediarios, se dedica a denunciar el anuncio en dicho portal, enhorabuena Jose Antonio, si en algun momento decido hacerlo a traves de una inmobiliaria no va a ser la tuya
