Negative experience: Terrible experience of 'buying' with them. I put it in quotes because we had to back out due to hidden vices. Carmen's treatment was very unprofessional, with concerning arrogance and a lack of empathy. She made us feel quite bad. If they had shown better treatment and empathy, the operation could have surely been closed, but not with deceit and bad manners.
Fantastic experience: I had my apartment with another real estate agency for almost a year, and nothing happened. I left it in their hands, and they managed to sell it in less than a month.
