Negative experience: Do not buy or sell anything from this real estate agency; they do not comply with what was agreed, and even with a date set with the bank and notary, they change it 3 days before the signing. It is shameful. Moreover, they pit the seller against the buyer, and I am not the only one. Besides, the attitude of the person in charge, Sergio, leaves much to be desired in the way he speaks.

Fantastic experience: After 25 years living in a chalet in Rivas and after retiring, we decided to change houses and have more time for ourselves. A chalet with a pool requires a lot of work. Negative experience: Watch out!! It has been 19 years already!! If you are a foreigner, be careful!! Seek advice elsewhere because they take advantage of your ignorance. In our case, an apartment with a fee of €3,000, an apartment full of old furniture that they left to be thrown away but never did. Supposedly, there was a surplus to repair some damage that the apartment had, money we never saw. Once living in the apartment, we received threats of lawsuits from the other owners in community meetings. In short, we had to pay the fee however we could, while the real estate agency washed their hands of it and we had no one to talk to because the one who sold us the apartment we never saw again. Many years paying what we shouldn't have, it was horrible. Get informed properly. Obviously, I won't give my name because this is a small town, I used the name of one of the sellers, I don't remember, I just recall he was bald and shouted more than he talked, and the other, the slim young one who is still there (maybe the owner), both tricked us and we went through a lot of hardship thanks to the damn fee and the debts we incurred to repair the house, which you had told us would have a surplus for repairs and cleaning.. Liars!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. We turned to them after having a bad experience with a rental to see if they could help us find a new home that suited our needs and at an affordable price. In just a couple of weeks, they offered us a home almost for the same price as the previous one and with better services, location, furnished, etc. And if we had to highlight something, it would be the humility of their services. It is hard to find a real estate agency that doesn't keep trying to charge hidden fees or commissions to tenants. I definitely recommend them 100%.

Negative experience: I rented a house from this real estate agency for more than 5 years! I have never missed a single payment! The pandemic came and I never called the agency to say that I couldn't pay or anything! They never had a complaint from me!! It's been 4 months since I returned the keys to the apartment. They did not return my security deposit! They made up an excuse that we returned the apartment destroyed. That it was all very dirty and we have asked them a million times to send us the photos of the destroyed apartment and so far nothing! And now because of this real estate agency I have to pay a utility bill! They told me they would take care of the changes. A shame. I can't give them less stars because it won't let me.

Negative experience: I was given a rental contract with a fake ID of the tenant, I was told that it had passed the default insurance filter, and it was a lie. During the key handover, I was told that another person would take care of it, and when it came time to sign the insurance with Allianz, it did not meet the requirements. Additionally, a tenant left the apartment in ruins. Now, who do I claim to? They don't charge the owner, and it's for placing tenants that nobody wants. The cheap option ends up being expensive.

Negative experience: After showing me a house on a Friday and telling them that I was interested and making them a (low) offer, they said they would call me on Monday without fail to confirm and I never heard from them again. I saw that they took down the listing and later sold it to someone else, I suppose. I understand that if another person offers more, they sell it to them, but normally if you agree to call, you call, either to give you the opportunity to raise the offer or simply to inform you that it has been sold. I think this is not a way to treat customers, as it is an unnecessary way to lose a future customer, very little word, very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: La verdad es que nuestra experiencia con la compra de nuestra nueva casa fue estupenda. Entendieron en seguida nuestras necesidades y fue muy sencillo. Fantastic experience: Una experiencia inmejorable, tanto por el trato humano como en el lado profesional, que se nota mucho su gran experiencia en este sector. Agradecer su dedicación y paciencia a Victoria, Sergio y David, que son las personas con las que hemos tratado durante la venta de nuestra casa. Nos explicaron muy bien todo el proceso y los pasos, nos aconsejaron sobre las condiciones y el precio y encontramos un comprador muy pronto con las condiciones que ibamos buscando. Fantastic experience: Queriamos vender un piso , fuimos a varias inmobiliarias y aún siendo un buen piso en una buena situación no lo consiguieron en el plazo establecido. En Ferrari tratamos con dos hermanos, los dos muy profesionales uno de ellos comercial y el otro abogado y encargado del papeleo. Lo vendieron antes de lo esperado y a la hora de la firma todo perfectamente organizado, ni un solo problema. Repetiremos!!

Fantastic experience: La mejor valoración del precio de salida de venta de mi casa me la hizo esta inmobiliaria, después de haber consultado en al menos otras cuatro inmobiliarias más de Arganda...
