Negative experience: My experience has been terrible. I've been looking for housing for about 6 months and the first and only person who assisted me was a salesperson named Jorge. I told Jorge to note down some features of the houses I was looking for. Jorge mentioned that he would call me when something came up. To my surprise, when I checked the page that they had, there were houses that matched those characteristics. I called him and he would tell me either that they were no longer available or that they could not be visited due to issues with the owners. That same day, a close friend of mine called Jorge and was given a viewing for that same property on the same day, while I was fed a lie... not only about that property, but it also happened with another property that he told me was sold. I contacted the person in charge of that property and was able to visit it, as he lied to me again. If I have to rely on the salesperson Jorge to find housing, it's an illusion for those of us looking for a home. You could be without housing for years. It's a shame that a salesperson has no empathy for a customer. I would like to visit the offices to file a complaint and talk to a superior, but they tell me that I need to give advance notice to speak with the responsible person and the manager of the real estate agency REI, because they are never there. I hope I can file this complaint and that this does not happen to future buyers... and to verify everything I am saying about the salesperson Jorge. I have to give one star just to explain what has happened to me. Otherwise, I wouldn’t give any. More empathy, Jorge, as there are many of us in need of buying. Thank you.
