Negative experience: I sold my house with redpiso in Seseña and if I had known what I am going to tell you, I wouldn't have listed it for sale with this agency; I found out on the day of signing. They charge both the seller and the buyer, and if they can, even the person walking down the street, and at no point do they mention this practice, making you find out on the day of signing, which if I had known earlier, they wouldn't sell my house even as a joke. I also want to tell you that on the day of signing, in the middle of the notary, they give you the invoice and in exact words, as a threat, they say to you, 'that they do not leave there without you sending them proof of the transfer of their fees.' They do not know that once they issue the invoice, you have thirty calendar days to pay it, but they take advantage of the fact that you, at least, have education and do not see it appropriate to cause a scandal in the notary when in reality you are going to pay it. So evaluate what I have told you and judge for yourselves if these abuses are worth it.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Lady has been wonderful, from the beginning she has been very involved with us and even though it has not been an easy process we are very grateful for her work and care. Also with Elena and Luis.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with this real estate agency. The agent who came to show the house (out of respect, I won’t give her name) would stay in the living room while my husband showed the house. Maybe they were planning to give him the commission money later... (Understand my irony). When we mentioned our intention to not continue with them, Luis was not kind at all. He even got angry and raised his voice a little, saying some unpleasant words like 'go to another real estate agency, you will see the trouble you get into'. Well, that’s exactly what we did. We went to another agency and within 22 days they sold the house.

Positive experience: No tengo la suerte de conocer a todo el equipo de Seseña, pero puedo comentar que Luis (responsable de equipo) es un buen profesional, nos ha ayudado en todas nuestras dudas y aconsejado sabiamente en lo que a la venta de nuestra casa se refiere.
