Negative experience: A poor management by the real estate agency in Ciempozuelos. They didn’t know that the property owed more than what they were selling it for, they lied to us, made us lose money, and as if that weren't enough, made us feel guilty for not leaving the seller as a precarious tenant for not having anywhere to go. Regarding the response you gave, how can you be so shameless, when from the beginning it was all lies and deception? You said the owners wanted to buy a bigger house when the truth was they were getting divorced; it doesn’t matter the reason, what matters is that if a house is put up for sale, it’s because you know they can do so and not put up obstacles like you did. Now you intend to give up the property, what kind of logic is it to buy a house for someone else to live in? Only in yours, that's the truth.
Hello Rosalba, I imagine you are Isabel's mother-in-law. You were informed from the very beginning about everything, and we were doing everything possible to expedite the sale. You knew that part of the mortgage had to be paid off in order to make the sale, and deadlines were set to finalize the paperwork. The deadlines apply to both you and the seller. If three months are given to finalize the paperwork and what you want is to move in within a month, then the seller may not even have the money for that payment yet. The idea of leaving the owner as a tenant is also not like that; we proposed a few days of a precarious arrangement since they needed to sell in order to buy, and you did not accept (you were in your rights), but it cannot be demanded to sign whenever it is convenient for you. Even so, at the moment there was no possibility of a precarious arrangement on your part, we found an apartment for rent in two days, and what you cannot expect is that if you do not give in at all, the buyer wants to do things when it is convenient for you. Still, our job is to reach an agreement and ensure that it is fulfilled regarding price and deadlines. And everything has been as agreed. I'm sorry you feel that way.
Negative experience: They force you to do a 'financial study', Miguel Ángel was very unprofessional, he spent an hour while attending to us checking WhatsApp until he was interested in finishing and dismissed us quickly, they weren't even going to show us the houses because according to him we didn't meet the requirements. Please don't waste our time.

Negative experience: An agency with very little seriousness and incompetence, lacking empathy for clients; we are talking about buying a house, not a bike. As long as they get their commission, they don't care if you have to fend for yourself and end up living under a bridge while they pretend to manage your purchase. They made us lose money and even spoke to us with arrogance (Daniel). Focus on taking courses in education and how to treat people and stop thinking about commissions. I hope I never have to deal with them again.

I regret that everything didn't go as well as I would have liked, but I also have to point out your lack of empathy since you didn't even want to leave 2 days for the seller to make their purchase and move. I'm copying the previous response. You were informed from the very first moment about everything, and we were speeding up the sale as much as possible. You knew that part of the mortgage needed to be amortized to carry out the sale, and deadlines were set to execute the deed. The deadlines are for you and the seller. If 3 months are given to execute the deed and you want to move in a month, it is possible that the seller still doesn't have the money for that amortization. The idea of wanting to leave the owner as a tenant is not like that either; we proposed some days of precarious tenancy, since they needed to sell to buy, and you didn't accept (you were within your rights), but you also can't demand signing when it suits you. Nevertheless, at the moment there was no possibility of a temporary agreement on your part, we located a rental apartment in 2 days, and what you cannot expect is that if you don't give in at all, the buyer will want to do things when it suits you. Nevertheless, our job is to reach an agreement and ensure it is fulfilled, regarding price and deadlines. And everything has gone exactly as agreed. I regret that you have been left with that feeling.
Negative experience: You buy an apartment, they show it to you in a rush, and when you buy it and move in, surprises come. Broken things, missing items, etc. While you are in the process of buying it, they call you very often, and once you have it, if I’ve seen you, I don’t remember.

Lo primero, las cosas que pongas, ponlas como son realmente, no lo que te parezca a tí. 1- Nosotros a nuestras visitas, las hacemos un estudio financiero previo, lo primero para saber la viabilidad de la operacion, y lo segundo, para no hacer perder tiempo ni a vosotros, ni a nosotros, ni a nuestros propietarios y mucho menos pasear a gente por las viviendas de nuestros propietarios que no se puedan permitir comprarlas.2- La gente no está obligada a sacar las operaciones con nuestra financiera, la pueden sacar perfectamente con su banco, o con el que quieran, como lo han hecho muchos clientes3- Por políticas de empresa, no se permite que haya otros intermediarios finanacieros (no, que no puedas conseguir la financiación por tu cuenta), por simple motivo de que muchas veces se intenta de escriturar por arriba o hacer cualquier chapuza que no estamos dispuestos.4- Lo de ladrones, te lo ahorras, y si quieres jugar con tus normas, pues fácil, hay más inmobiliarias.Un saludo.

Positive experience: El día de hoy firme con el notario y me entregaron mi piso, tenía mucha ilusión pues en enero fue cuando aparte el piso, y que tristeza me dio ver cómo me entregaron el piso, sucio con colillas de cigarros y huele muy mal. No me parece profesional que hagan esto y menos cuando yo comenté tanto con el comercial como con el gerente y se juraron que me lo iban a entregar perfecto. Por no hablar de la reparación del techo que también sigue pendiente... En fin tengo un piso y estoy feliz, pero esto me parece un abuso. Al final Roberto me ayudo y trajo gente especializada para la limpieza del piso y quedó muy bien. Y estoy a la espera las siguientes semanas para que me arreglen el tema del techo.

Negative experience: Acabo de comprar un piso, y aparte de las comisiones que se llevan son desorbitadas, no se las ganan para nada, te dicen una cosas y luego no cumplen con lo dicho, ni se molestan en verificar lo wue te están ofreciendo, se limitan a enseñártelo y poco mas , si fuera por que ya había dado una señal me hubiera echado para atrás, no me parecen profesionales o al menos la persona que me atendió y mucho menos que se preocupen por los clientes, la única preocupación que tienen es cobrar su comisión...que triste

Fantastic experience: Excelente experiencia,todo segun lo acordado,en mi caso el alquiler de un piso,se encargaron de los trámites todos que un alquiler conlleva con rapidez y profesionalidad,incluso solucionarme cosas que como inmobiliaria no estan obligadas a realizar facilitándome muuuucho las cosas, incluso tras haber alquilado se preocupan de que todo vaya correcto y resolver cualquier problema,el trato con Roberto y con Rafa,de la oficina de Ciempozuelos, ha sido una grata experiencia, me llevo una inmobiliaria con la que trabajar siempre y dos amigos.Totalmente recomendable.

Negative experience: Son unos ineptos por no llamarles otra cosa. Si tenéis una casa reservada avisad para no perder el tiempo en ir a ver nada.

Negative experience: Tengo cita con ellos para ver un Piso y después de media hora en coche cuando llego me dices, que ya lo tienen reservado!!! tanto cuesta llamar a la gente para evitarles perder tiempo
