Negative experience: Terrible customer service. They supposedly called me to give me information about a property, but instead, they only focused on insisting abusively about my financial status. However, they didn't give me any information about the property.

Negative experience: They are a bunch of crooks. They charge both the tenant and the owner in the rental. In my case, they told me that only the owner would pay. I clearly stated that if anything, we would split it 50%. What they did at the signing was to separate us. They charged the tenant the monthly rent, and then gave me half of the deposit in cash in an envelope. I have never dealt with an agency that charges both parties while deceiving them.

Negative experience: I give one star because I have to put something… my experience? Catastrophic!! After having everything supposedly secured, a deposit given for the purchase of a house with everything packed, I find out from their own financing department because something didn’t smell right to me!!! I asked them about the same thing. They said the operation might not go through for various reasons after having given some money, and according to Marina, by following some steps there would be no problem. After opening an account that she told me and a thousand other things? To my surprise, it was all a lie!!! I am left without the house, of course, I wouldn't recommend this real estate agency to anyone, incompetent people who promise the sky just to earn a euro. What a shame!
