Negative experience: Estoy desencantado de esta inmobiliaria Txorierri-Sondika. Veo parcialidad a la hora de gestionar los piso. Ayer les comuniqué mi interés por un piso recién publicado en su plataforma, sin embargo otras personas que les contactaron un tiempo después fueron priorizaos. ¿Equivocación? o ¿un acto deliberado? Talvez nunca lo sepa.

Negative experience: I'm going to try to make the review as clear as possible so that what happened to me doesn't happen to anyone else. A woman who I believe is the head of the real estate agency treated me terribly. She wanted to charge me almost as soon as I walked through the door. Bad attitude, bad tone, bad service; you can't work in public facing like that. I want to rent out a newly remodeled 100m2 apartment that I own, and while talking to her, I mention that I've seen smaller and older apartments advertised on their website for outrageous amounts. I tell her approximately the amount I want to rent my apartment for, and she tells me it's impossible, even lying to me saying that they don't ask for that much for those apartments. I go back to their website and see the ads. They treated me like a dog, and I left feeling quite annoyed. I want to emphasize that there are three women working there, one brunette and an older lady (who are lovely), but the head is truly unacceptable. I do not recommend anyone to enter that real estate agency.

Negative experience: Itziar Taibo was in charge of selling the apartment. From the very first moment, she had a mafia-like and threatening attitude, deliberately lying about the loan/mortgage of the future buyers, solely to rush us into completing personal paperwork that had already been done. On the day of the signing of the sale, she unilaterally modified one of the clauses of the contract, two hours before the signing, acting clueless when we sat down to sign the document, creating an awkward situation for which only she was responsible. In the following months, she dedicated herself to sending emails pressuring and rushing only my side, resorting to my lawyer when it suited her to keep pressuring, as if she were a teenager going to her parents to snitch. At all times she doubted our intention to sell, accusing us of trying to sabotage the sale, even trying to turn our own lawyer against us. It turned out that the sale was completed on time and in the proper manner thanks to my personal efforts to expedite all the property registration paperwork. Evidently, no recognition or apology came from her. On the day of the sale, she literally threw the invoices at us and collected the keys that we had in our possession, taking almost three months to send the receipt for them. However, she was very concerned about pressuring us to pay her pending invoices, even having a supposed lawyer from the real estate agency call my lawyer, threatening that if we didn’t pay the invoices, she would take us to court to claim them. Even when it came time to pay, she demanded payment by bank transfer, without any written document obliging us to that payment method. After telling her I would pay by cheque, she insisted I do so by transfer, solely for her own interest/benefit. Evidently, we submitted a complaint form, which she refused to provide at first, and we had to insist for her to give it to us. It was quite a sight to see her, with the attitude of a 3-year-old, taking the invoices off the table until we extended the cheques to her, or how in her allegations on the complaint form, she knowingly lied, aware that there is a record proving that I am not lying about anything. Fortunately, it is impossible to deny the evidence, the emails and WhatsApp messages are there, as well as the testimonies, including that of my own lawyer. They take advantage of having practically a monopoly in the area, showing contemptuous, cocky, and mafia-like behaviors. I do not recommend conducting any transactions with these people, as they are very untrustworthy.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. They don't respond to contacts, they lie... When you tell them that you were told something different from what they finally did, they become furious. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: He alquilado dos veces un piso en esta inmobiliaria y en ambas ocasiones toda la negociación ha sido muy correcta y eficiente a la hora de encontrar inquilino, por lo que no dudaría en volver si tengo que alquilar una tercera vez o vender el piso.

Negative experience: Obviamente les interesan más los caseros que los inquilinos, por lo menos podrían no tratar de estafar y engañar a estos últimos.

Fantastic experience: Nunca antes he dado un cinco en ninguna reseña. En este caso, no puedo dar 4'5 o 4'8, calificación que en mi manera de evaluar, la profesionalidad o el servicio, habría sido lo normal. En lo PERSONAL, no solo me han demostrado merecerse cinco estrella, considero que no solo se merecen 5, se merecen 10. Me dirijo al equipo de SEÑORAS que me han atendido en esta ocasión. En esta ocasión, no podéis imaginaros a la altura de las circunstancias que habéis estrado, y en las venideras; alquiler, compra, tasación, gestiones generales inmobiliarias, o lo que sea, seréis l@s primeros a los que me dirija, de los 15 con los que he tenido tratos en estas semanas. Gracias por todo, por el trato personal y la eficiencia profesional. P.D. Aviso a navegantes: Es una buena cosa, dar un vistazo a las reseñas que nos orientan acerca de alguien que da un servicio. Cuando miréis reseñas, ponedle también una "calificación al reseñante" , eso te permite filtrar mucho mejor la info que os da quien la emite. Seguro que en muchas ocasiones veréis que hay reseñas que obedecen a intereses digamos "oscuros".

Fantastic experience: Mi experiencia con la inmobiliaria ha sido más que correcta. Nos dieron todos los detalles del piso, que pudimos ver con tiempo, y nos aclararon dudas. Trato cercano, amable y profesional. Y personal, que cada vez es más difícil. Muy recomendable.

Negative experience: Comerciales poco profesionales, trato poco humano, falta de claridad y comunicación. La experiencia ha sido decepcionante dado que en todo momento hemos tenido que estar detrás de ellos. Hicimos varias oferta se por una vivienda la cual finalmente no se vende, podemos entender que se hayan echado atrás, lo que no es de recibo es la actitud de la inmobiliaria,a cuál se comprometió en llamarnos el viernes para decirnos la decisión final por parte de los propietarios y no solo no nos llamó si no que el jueves quito el anuncio, el viernes la llamé en varias ocasiones sin éxito y hasta el lunes no me devolvió la llamada. Jamás recomendaría este inmobiliaria por su poca seriedad y compromiso.

Negative experience: Una inmobiliaria muy poco seria. Cada vez que hablas con ella, te dice algo diferente, y niega haber dicho lo que ha dicho. El lunes se compromete a llamar sin falta el viernes, para dar una respuesta, el viernes ni te llama, ni te coge, ni te devuelve las llamadas... Muy poco profesionales

Fantastic experience: Empresa con solera y con trabajadoras cercanas, efectivas y claras con todas las gestiones. A nivel ético un 10. No puedo decir otra cosa.

Negative experience: Poca profesionalidad. Me cogen los datos de contacto en dos ocasiones distintas por no estar disponible la persona responsable de un inmueble, pero nunca devuelven las llamadas.

Negative experience: muy poca profesionalidad, en dos años que tuve un piso con ellos no me llevaron ni una visita. en cambio con otras inmobiliarias tenia visitas casi todas las semanas

Negative experience: Preguntar por una de las propiedades después de dejar un mensaje por internet, otra en el buzón de voz...interes cero en responder. Llame y me prometieron una respuesta en unas horas, aun estaría esperando si no es que llamo al dia siguiente, para decirme que no esta mas a la venta. Desinteres total! quien puede poner ahi su propiedad??? quien va a interesarse por comprar algo ahi? Espero que nadie. Gracias a dios que tenemos mas agencias inmobiliarias en el Txorierri.

Negative experience: Se saben casi únicos en la zona y la falta de competencia hace que el trato humano deje mucho que desear y la profesionalidad brille por su ausencia. Si puedes, evitales.

Fantastic experience: Les alquile un piso y la verdad que la experiencia fue muy buena salgo que me atendieron con total cordialidad y sin ningún problema Cuando me estuvieron enseñando pisos me enseñaron todos los de la zona que había solicitado y el horario y el día que mejor se adaptan a más posibilidades laborales A la hora de contrato me los pusieron todo con el arrendatario de una forma muy sencilla y locuaz Las dos chicas muy amables estarán encantadas atenderte cuando quieras
