Negative experience: Una estrella porque no se puede poner cero. Me sumo al resto de opiniones negativas de los usuarios. Incumplimiento de contrato constante y dejación de funciones por parte de Inmho. Mala gestión, nula comunicación con los presidentes y propietarios, poca claridad en las actas (hasta tal punto que alegan haber perdido el libro de actas en el trámite del cambio de administrador), reparaciones no llevadas a cabo, reclamaciones de crédito no gestionadas a tiempo...Suma y sigue. DESASTRE para una comunidad.
Negative experience: I am a neighbor of Balcón del Tajo. After receiving a letter from the urbanization, I have understood why the president has recently bought a new electric car. He and his wife are shamelessly robbing us. They want clear accounts, with invoices and receipts for everything, not those outrageous fake amounts and numbers they show us. President and his wife, resign!
Negative experience: Very poor management! They appoint the wife of a president to the position in the urbanization... nothing more to add, Your Honor! ♂️
Negative experience: I give it one star because you can't put zero, but it's laughable that the accounts of the Balcón del Tajo Oeste urbanization are managed by the president's wife since she works in inmho, who in turn is the president's wife and her questionable management of the collections of the barriers and the work of the urbanization.
Negative experience: Hilarious!!! They manage the accounts of a housing development in Colmenar de Oreja… and do you know who manages them? The wife of the pathetic president!!! So they openly steal from you, right Virginia??..♂️
Fantastic experience: Due to a problem with the former community manager, we were left in the hands of this management company and so far they are doing quite well, we are happy with them, getting us up to date on the 'ball' of pending issues to be resolved in the community. So far, all the neighbors are very happy.
Positive experience: They have adapted to the locality to hold the meeting and the schedule, detailed information about the current situation of the community and the budgets for improvements, along with the regulations that need to be followed.
Negative experience: Not very professional, they take a long time to send the minutes and they do it poorly, they do not answer the calls and when you complain they go silent, but they want to stay as community managers to keep charging for nothing.
Negative experience: They are accused of alleged unfair management; they have neither ethics, nor principles, nor any professionalism.
Negative experience: Impossible to talk to the administrator Patricia Urda Luque. No matter how many times you call, they do not grant you an appointment to talk or a meeting. The service being provided in the Casalonga urbanization is nonexistent. They do not present updated minutes to the owners, they conduct vote counting without clarity in the meetings, they do not manage the breakdowns that arise, among many other issues. Since they took over the administration, it has been a disaster and it is impossible to make a change as we do not have anything updated (I am talking about a community of owners with more than 800 properties). In short, not recommended for urbanizations with a bit of complexity (after all, it's not that difficult, irrigation water, drinking water... The usual). Hoping they deign to talk to me to resolve the various ongoing problems we have.
Negative experience: My experience is bad. As a co-owner of a property where they are the property managers, I tried to contact them via email, but my requests were answered to another owner by phone. The president wrote them an email and copied me, complaining about one of the invoices issued by inmho. Several months have passed without receiving any response. They presented a meeting call with an outdated list of debtors. We have demanded the Meeting minutes through emails, apps, calls, etc... We've been like this for about 2 months. And now that we want to terminate the services for obvious reasons, it seems they don't want to leave. If there were a lower rating, I would give it.
Negative experience: As administrators, they are terrible; they do not send meeting notices or financial statements. You call them, and the person in charge of the community's accounts is never available and does not return calls. Sometimes they tell you that the person in charge of the accounts is at their administration in Seseña, but when you call there, they cannot put you through because they are busy and still do not return calls. As administrators, they are very bad, constantly violating the horizontal property law.
Negative experience: We requested the annual summary of accounts and they do not send it. I sent them a certificate by postal mail requesting that they send me accounts and minutes by postal mail and they do not send it. According to the horizontal property law, an annual meeting must be held to change the president, and we have been without changing presidents for more than 2 years. Please, gentlemen from the real estate agency, comply with the law.
Negative experience: Disastrous. They do not know the law they should be experts in. They approve things not included in the minutes, and when you request information, they do not bother to respond. Neither Teresa nor Joaquin.

Buenas Cringe, lamentamos su disconformidad con nuestros servicios. Como bien sabe, el principal objetivo de inmho es ofrecer el mejor servicio a nuestros clientes, pero a veces, surgen imprevistos que provocan diferentes incidencias. Con respecto a las llamadas, nos sorprende, puesto que desde hace varios meses se devuelven el 100% de las llamadas no atendidas, siendo estas un porcentaje muy bajo del total de llamadas. Como indica, tenemos un buzón en el que recibimos este tipo de quejas e intentamos buscar una solución rápida y eficaz para mejorar la satisfacción de nuestros clientes, por ello, le invitamos a que nos permita ofrecerle una solución a su caso particular a través de [email protected]. Negative experience: Unfortunately, as of today everything is driven by the self-interests of this administration after several calls from dozens of neighbors, emails, and receiving no response, and after they have positioned themselves not to hold legal annual meetings to present the accounts, debtors, and other matters that by law must be addressed in ordinary meetings, all the neighbors see that they do nothing and are being implicated in falsehoods that in my name and with physical witnesses of 4 civil guards with their identification numbers ready to testify as the law dictates that at no time was I evicted or obstructed any entry to a venue to hold an illegal meeting. All this is written in the minutes when neither the administrators were present. Isn't it easier for them to do things right and stop lying?

I have sent you four emails, and in the meantime, you are supporting a gentleman who stopped being president in March of this year. What games are you playing? Is this how you treat the neighbors? You talk about looking for solutions, how? And for whom?

They allow someone who is no longer president, due to the term expiring, to take control without any record. They provide no information because the president (who is not the president) has told them not to say anything. They forget that they work for the community, not for the one who claims to be president. It is a shame, not recommended. What interest could they have?

Negative experience: Hace más de un año que llevo pidiendo me expliquen de donde han sacado las tarifas de agua y mantenimiento que pasan así como el recibo a nombre de una empresa a la que no pagamos ese servicio y todavía estoy esperando. Aproximadamente ya se lo he reclamado más de 6 veces.
Negative experience: Hace semanas que llamé para que me envien las actas de las reuniones y aun sigo esperando. Te pasan con otra compañera que dice ya te lo enviaré, y como digo sigo esperando. Además varias veces que he ido a la oficina de Urtajo, la administrativa no estaba...cuando en la puerta pone el horario y que ella no cumple. Igualmente, cuando llamas raramente coge el teléfono. No recomiendo esta empresa a nadie absolutamente. Somos muchos vecinos que tenemos problemas con esta administración.
