Fantastic experience: I have been living for a few months on Mirador Street in Aranjuez, whose owners were Mariasun and Pedro Antonio. It has all been very easy, the real estate agency managed everything and made sure I was comfortable, Rodrigo is a great professional. Regarding the apartment, it is quite a large house with a total of 8 rooms, but at most we have lived with 4 people, which left space for visits like family (always keeping the owners and other tenants informed). The owners look for tenants who are working, whether in private companies, as civil servants, etc. This makes living together very easy as we are all in the same situation. My relationship with my roommates has been phenomenal largely because we were all working and had very similar habits and customs. This is where I have felt best among the different apartments I have shared.

They took care of all the paperwork (which was not little, as it was an inheritance). The salesperson who handled everything (Rodrigo) was not a 10, but at least a 12...
