Fantastic experience: I rented an apartment and as of today I am living in it thanks to Arankey, alongside Roberto and Silverio, and all their staff; it is a 100% recommendable company. I truly know that Roberto has dedicated himself from day one to successfully finalize everything and generating security at all times, along with Silverio who personally attended to me to create a bond of trust between the company and its people, which has really been very important, together with all the effective work of their entire staff. I am really quite happy and satisfied. Moreover, although it is true to state that every process we start must be completed with responsibility, the entire management of moving involves an investment, a cost-benefit.

We bought a house with Arankey and put it up for rent, and both processes have been a success in terms of time and form. Silver advises you, provides all the information, contacts, procedures... gives you great peace of mind because you know everything will be managed perfectly and transparently. Negative experience: The current leasing law clearly states that it is the homeowners who are obligated to pay real estate agencies when they have requested their services. This agency charges tenants by having them sign a document stating that the tenant hired the agency to search for housing, even though this is a lie, solely to charge for the month as was done before the new law. I looked for an apartment through the Idealista website and contacted the real estate agency Arankey, which was managing the rental of that apartment. I called and had to adjust to their schedule, I viewed the apartment one morning and liked it, so we arranged to sign in the afternoon at the real estate agency the reservation that was made by paying one monthly fee plus VAT, which they told me was the deposit for the rental. Once the reservation (transfer) was made, they came to me with a document I had to sign stating that this was the payment to them for the supposedly contracted services. False!!! I immediately said I did not agree because I had not been informed from the beginning, but rather was being deceived into believing it was the deposit for the rental. Without signing anything, I made an immediate reversal of my transfer. Now I have to wait 15 days for them to return it to me. It seems an abuse!!! I know they have had to adapt to the new laws, but tenants are also adapting to the market, which is impossible!! Indecent apartments at horrible prices!!! And salaries that are not increasing.

Negative experience: I was going to buy a house and they expected me to sign a debt acknowledgment (of course, they called that document something else) for their agency services (showing the house). Obviously, I went to look for another agency with more honesty. (it was all very shady).

Negative experience: I requested information about renting an apartment and they wanted to charge me agency fees, which is already ILLEGAL. Obviously, I told them that I was no longer interested in continuing with the process, that if they want to commit illegalities, they should do it with someone else.

Fantastic experience: One of the best real estate agencies I worked with to find a home, everything was simple, super transparent, and the management was unbeatable, Roberto our advisor is a 'crack', super attentive and helpful, in general, don’t hesitate to visit their office.

Negative experience: They tell you they will call you when they have properties available, then you see the ads posted on the website days after talking to them, they never called.

Cuidado con esta agencia, sus clientes propietarios no devuelven las fianzas en los plazos señalados. PRECAUCION AL CONTRATAR CON ESTA AGENCIA, TRABAJAN CON PROPIETARIOS NADA SERIOS, problemas y más problemas para las devoluciones.

Negative experience: Como no puedas ver alguna propiedad de lunes a viernes malo, los comerciales están muy ocupados y los sábados a no ser que sea algo muy escepcional no trabajan y lo más grande, más te vale estar llamando como quieras hacer una visita y ya tengas la cita porque te puede pasar como a nosotros y te dejen tirados y sin avisar. La pena es que el chalet que queremos sólo lo tienen ellos, aunque os aseguro que la persona que trata al teléfono no puede ser menos profesional. Pues nada, nos guardamos nuestro dinero y ya encontraremos otro.

Negative experience: Trato al cliente deja mucho que desear vas a preguntar por un inmueble de compra o alquiler y en vez de enseñarte la agenda de inmuebles te tratan como a un mendigo con el tema de gastos y diciendote lo que tienes que tener en nómina visto lo visto en dicha inmobiliaria tienes que ir con los billetes en la mano para que te traten mejor lo nunca visto en otras inmobiliarias.
