Negative experience: Mr. Javier Aparicio is a scammer; he invented several excuses to not return our deposit... first that my dog bit the furniture, thanks to being able to prove that it was already like that because I took detailed photos of the entire apartment the first day I entered. Since he couldn't catch me there, he then made up that cutlery and plates were missing. Just imagine our frustration, knowing it was a lie. You have to be really low to accuse someone of stealing 4 forks to avoid returning the deposit; in total, those 4 forks cost me €350. Then, talking to people and sharing the case, you find out this is a common practice in this company.... BE CAREFUL!!!!

Negative experience: Honestly, I don't know what to say, because this is the second time it has happened. You call asking about a property, and their response is, 'I will call you right back,' but nothing happens; there is no way for them to call you. I am leaving this review so that they know about it and in case they need to call you as well.
