Negative experience: I did not like the experience at Next Home Real Estate at all, besides the lack of punctuality, I did not like the treatment we received. We looked at a couple of apartments and once all the paperwork was submitted, they stopped responding. I asked them to please reply, for better or worse, as we were desperate looking for an apartment, and I received NO response. I do not recommend it.

Negative experience: Pongo una estrella porque no se pueden poner menos. Después de casi dos meses de haber dejado la vivienda en buen estado sigo esperando el pago de la fianza (cantidad que se le pagó en mano a la inmobiliaria más sus honorarios por los servicios). Pretenden descontar de la fianza la limpieza, cosa que no figura en ninguna cláusula del contrato. Como veo que me va a resultar difícil el recuperar la fianza lo he dejado en manos de mi abogada.

Negative experience: No vayáis nunca a esta inmobiliaria. Son unos impresentables, no respetan al cliente, impuntualidad total y falta de respeto. Para rematar, al entregar el piso en buenas condiciones, te intentan hacer el lio con la fianza alegando mentiras y causando desperfectos (y ya no vuelves a saber nada de la persona que te atendió) No pongo menos estrellas porque no se puede

CUANDO EL DIA ANTERIOR MI AMIGA LE LLAMO, ELLA ESPAÑOLA Y LE OFRECIÓ VER EL PISO SIN PROBLEMAS Y A MI MADRE SE LO NEGO. ES HORRIBLE. SIEMPRE QUE LE LLAMABAMOS TE SACABA UNA EXCUSA Y YA CUANDO VEIA QUE TU NOMBRE ERA DIFERENTE, TE DECIA QUE TE LLAMARIA O QUE LO TENIA COMPLICADO PORQUE HABIA MAS GENTE INTERESADA. NO ME HE SENTIDO NUNCA DESPLAZADA NI DISCRIMINADA POR NADIE, PERO ESTA SEÑORA ME HIZO SENTIR SUPER IMPOTENTE Y NO POR MI, SINO POR MI MADRE. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. TRATO HORRIBLE, POR PARTE DE ELLA.
