Just look at the comments from their clients; most rate them with 1 star and accuse them of abusive treatment, and some even claim to have lost money. Negative experience: BE VERY CAREFUL with this real estate agency. As an owner, I wouldn't trust them to manage my property, because when I wanted to make an offer to the owner, for a considerably higher price than requested, they refused to contact him, thus taking away an opportunity to increase the profitability of his property. And as a user of their services and a potential tenant, the experience was disastrous: I made an offer above the requested price because when I was already arriving in Alcoy to see the apartment (after an hour's drive), I called to ask if she could remove an air freshener and air out the apartment a bit before I arrived (I asked for health reasons) and she told me that she was working and that she couldn't do that (I wondered if showing an apartment wasn't her job). Then she added that she never showed apartments without a specific time being set, even though she had told me that she could meet me that afternoon between 4 PM and 8 PM because she was free of work. Two minutes later, she called me back to say that she could no longer do the visit because according to her the owner no longer wanted to rent it to me because I was giving them too many problems (removing an air freshener and airing out the apartment ten minutes before seems to be 'too many problems'). As I was very interested in that apartment due to health reasons, I offered her 200 euros more monthly than what the owner was asking, but she outright refused to contact him, because according to her 'it was not a matter of money.' Due to this surreal situation, we had to turn back when we were about to reach Alcoy without even being able to see the apartment.

Negative experience: Beware! They want agency fees from the tenant, which are to be paid by the landlord and never by the tenant.

I contacted this real estate agency asking about an apartment I saw for rent, and at 8 PM on a Friday, an older lady from the agency (she sounded like that) called me and spoke to me with so much superiority and bad attitude. I asked her for general information, and when I inquired about why there were 3 rent payments for the deposit, she said, 'one goes to the agency, what do you think, we work for something.' She said it with such rudeness when I was just asking, and she hung up on me before I could ask anything else. Honestly, the way this woman spoke to me left me speechless and without the chance to know more about the apartment. Is this how they expect to get tenants, by being rude and talking badly to their potential buyers?

Is this how they expect to attract tenants, by speaking rudely and poorly to potential buyers?

Fantastic experience: I just completed a sale with them, and I can only say it was a perfect 10. I left it in the hands of another agency with exclusivity for over 4 months and they didn't deliver. They found a buyer in just two weeks, and the process was flawless, even considering it took place in August. Both María and Cristian are extraordinary professionals; for me, they are the reference in Alcoy. Truly impeccable.

Negative experience: BEWARE OF THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY. The worst experience of my life. Through an ad, I contacted the agency interested in a very cheap apartment since I didn't mind starting to repair it. They charged me the corresponding real estate fees, and if I wanted a receipt, I had to pay the 21% myself. This agency is advertising homes for which they later do not take responsibility for the damages caused to the tenant. I entered the property on February 1, 2024, and on the 18th, squatters entered the property, damaging the front door (later I found out that there had been squatters in that property, and that’s why they tried to break in). It is essential to inform the tenant since they may try to occupy it again. I expressed to the agency that I would not live there until the entrance door was repaired. However, they kept charging me rent. After managing to install the door, which I had to do myself (because the agency sent people who only adhered to the installation schedule, and I had to work), I contacted Leroy Merlin, who informed me that they would install the door in 2 months. I communicated this to the agency and the owner, and they agreed. Ultimately, the door was installed on May 15, 2024. I was paying for more than 3 months without using the apartment, and they only refunded me 1 month. I LOST the money. Before all this happened, I informed the agency that the fridge was not working. During the 4 months that I was not in the apartment, they didn't change the fridge; when I was about to enter the apartment, the new fridge was finally brought, but the old fridge was placed before the wooden and metal kitchen table. So, they had to do more repairs for me to have a decent place to live, and I was going to lose more time and money waiting for them to carry out the activities in the house. I decided to leave the apartment, and to this day, I have not been refunded any money, and they kept the months I paid for not living there and the deposit because, according to the agency, I had to live there for 6 months, otherwise it wouldn’t be refunded, even in the conditions the apartment was in. An apartment I accepted, which at first glance seemed acceptable to live in, and later I found out it was a lie. Please, be very careful with this real estate agency; the people who assist you seem very friendly and willing to help, but it is not like that; when there is a problem, they simply support the landlord and not the tenant. BE CAREFUL.

Negative experience: The woman who answers the phone is unacceptable. If you ask her to explain something because you didn't understand, she speaks to you in a condescending tone. For a 45 square meter apartment, they ask for 1095 euros to start living.

Negative experience: Terrible experience today 04/01/24 with the girl who attended me at 19:30h. I contacted to request information about a rental apartment, she made me a questionnaire about requirements: employment contract, salary, etc., I went "passing" all the phases because I meet the requirements. She mentions that to start the contract a deposit, current month, and fees are needed and asks if I agree. I tell her no, because under the legal reform, the fees should be borne by the property owner and not the tenant. She tells me no, because they make contracts of 11 months and that it is legal to charge it under the Civil Code, she also says that if someone DOES NOT WANT TO PAY IT, DON'T RENT AT THEIR REAL ESTATE AGENCY. Having said that, she wishes me luck and hangs up. What a shame. Indeed, I was looking for a rental now but in a few months looking to purchase a property and with them, it is completely ruled out.

I asked for information very excitedly to visit a property that they would not let me see because, according to the woman who attended me, I needed to have the money on hand practically at the moment of the visit to make the deposit. I was telling her that I was looking at different alternatives and that I was interested in seeing the property, but apparently she was not interested in what I was saying and quickly hung up on me. She was very rude and very unprofessional. I would certainly never recommend this real estate agency... it's a shame that opportunities for purchase are lost for people who need to sell their house because of people like this.

Negative experience: Recently, I tried to rent an apartment with this real estate agency. Everything was going great until they told me that I had to pay a 'consultation fee.' Although they try to dress it up, it's just the old fees that real estate agencies used to charge us, but as of May 26, 2023, this should be paid by the property owner. That said, the conversation turned sour and they even laughed at me. Terrible service, terrible management, and terrible real estate agency.

I don't doubt that they have also provided good service, but in my case, I regret to say that I have had one of the worst experiences of my life, and I have been renting for 15 years. I started by discussing a rental apartment from a rental platform and, I understand that when renting an apartment, the most important thing is the solvency of the future tenants, but there are ways and ways to express and/or communicate it, and I believe that the person who attended me was not polite. I let the situation pass and thought to give them another chance because we can all have bad days. I asked for more information about other apartments, and they always responded the same, not caring much if we met the solvency requirements. I reiterate that I understand the importance of solvency, but those of us who rent are more than just documents to be approved, and good service, regardless of the purpose, is always appreciated. Before showing me the apartment or having the possibility to AT LEAST TALK ON THE PHONE (ALL THIS WAS ONLY VIA WHATSAPP VOICE MESSAGES BECAUSE THEY DID NOT ANSWER CALLS), I sent all my documentation, which at this point is much more than sensitive, and they indicated where we were, but a different apartment in another area, which caught my attention, but I just noted it down. I had previously clarified that I did not live in the area and that I could not come until Saturday afternoon (they told me that they do not work on Saturday afternoons), so I indicated that a family member would go to see it (my family member was on the way to the wrong apartment). They said no, that they would only show it to me, to which I explained that my family member was as if it were me, and that I AGAIN could not come since I am 420 km away. I tried to call them, and they did not answer, I ran out of battery and called from another phone, and there they picked up. When I gave my name, they started speaking rudely to me when all I did was ASK HOW STRANGE THE REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT WAS IF I SIMPLY WANTED TO RENT AN APARTMENT; THEY ALREADY HAD MY DOCUMENTATION, AND THE VISIT WAS BEING MADE BY A CLOSE FAMILY MEMBER (MY SISTER) WHO, AS I EXPLAINED, IS THE SAME AS IF IT WERE ME. I did not understand the aggressiveness and the rude way of speaking to me and I hung up the call. I regret this situation; honestly, it's hard for me to believe this whole story when all we wanted was to rent a €430 apartment. I wish they would change the way they treat future tenants because it has not been correct, and education is the only way we can understand each other, and if there is a misunderstanding, to explain it again if necessary, without disrespecting. Regards to the entire real estate team, even to the person who treated me poorly because I have education, and above all, I thank them for the time spent (even if it was short and left a bitter taste).

Te descuentan la limpieza del apartamento que te cobran nada mas y nada menos que 140 euros mas IVA (un atraco en toda regla) sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que el piso no estaba tan sucio como ellos decian.
