Fantastic experience: Real Estate Uno has been much more than an agency! Thanks to their help, we found the perfect apartment, but their service went beyond expectations. We had just arrived in Spain and had practically nothing in the house, and they, completely selflessly, offered us essential items so our family could settle in comfortably. They not only guided us through the rental process but also made us feel at home from day one. Their empathy and generosity left us with an excellent impression. I recommend Real Estate Uno to anyone looking for not only professionalism but also humanity in the service.

Negative experience: Well, I know that I will not contact this real estate agency again because I called 2 days ago about an apartment, they told me they would call me back, and since then, I haven't heard anything. As soon as I mentioned that I had pets, they started acting clueless, with rude answers and complaints. Very unprofessional on their part.

Macu, in particular, was the one we had the most contact with and she perfectly adapted to our requests and needs since we have two cats and she found us a flat that we fell in love with as soon as we saw it, and the owner accepted the pets. We are super happy with the treatment, the speed, and the care with which they do their job. I wish I had gone to them earlier as a real estate agency because finding a flat is an odyssey and they have helped us a lot. The experience with Número Uno has been 100 out of 10! We can't give them more stars because we can't.

Negative experience: They don't answer calls or emails, you have to chase them. The salesperson who attended us is rude and clearly doesn't know what he's doing. I made an offer on a property over 3 weeks ago and they haven't even bothered to respond. When I called to ask, he spoke to me very rudely and told me that he had already responded when he clearly hadn't, and he even dared to tell me not to call again... after patiently waiting 3 weeks for a response. Very unprofessional, rude, and not eager to work. NOT RECOMMENDED... RUN AWAY!

Negative experience: ☢️AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE The salesman who showed us the house was rude and impolite. He constantly lied about things regarding the property (not knowing that I had already informed myself at the town hall). He asked us several times what car we had as if that was important when buying a house. He insisted that we put a bar inside the house to throw parties!... I didn't know whether to laugh or cry... The situation was pathetic and unprofessional. My intention is to buy, and I will buy, but with professional people, which there are. NEVER WITH THIS TYPE OF PEOPLE ☢️THEY LIE☢️ ☢️DO NOT TRUST☢️

Negative experience: I went to signal the apartment and they didn't want to reserve it for me after having spoken on the phone moments before and seen the apartment. ON TOP OF THAT, THEY CHARGE YOU A MONTH FOR THE REAL ESTATE AGENT, WHICH IS NO LONGER LEGAL SINCE THIS YEAR. Not recommended, they trick you.

Negative experience: A truly bad experience with this real estate agency. Employees are completely disorganized, and some are quite rude. You call about a property and one tells you that it is available, another says it is not... and so it goes with a few other inquiries. Basically, they want to charge for doing nothing.

Negative experience: Llamé el día 3 porque buscaba un piso para mí y mis mascotas. Me contactaron el día 7. Todo iba bastante bien hasta que manifesté que tenía un gato, él presentó su desacuerdo de una manera poco educada. Dijo que los gatos dejaban todo hecho un estropicio, arañaban el sofá y lo que pillarán y que él lo sabía porque tenía 2 gatos y 2 perros, incluso me preguntó si acaso yo le cortaba las uñas a mi gato. Me dijo que si fuesen 2 perros habría tanto problema. Le expuse que no todos los gatos eran iguales, el mío estaba educado y usaba el rascador. Le dió igual mis argumentos, incluso no me dejó terminar de argumentar y me cortó diciendo que le sabía mal y acto seguido me colgó la llamada. Ni apuntaron mi número por si adquieren un piso sin muebles, ya que igual me interesaría y no habría ningún problema. Resumen: Si tenéis gatos no contéis con esta inmobiliaria porque para ellos todos los gatos son unos maleducados.
