Negative experience: We bought a townhouse in Cangas, and at the moment we signed, the problems started. Their response was that we should discuss it better with the owner. We spoke with the owner, and he said that the misunderstanding was the seller's, Maria. She had given him incorrect information. I wrote an email explaining the situation, and when they replied, they just shifted the blame away. When I responded, they didn't reply to me again. What a shame.

Negative experience: I find it a joke that this lady in charge of sales in the Vigo area, María, is not pleasant when answering the phone and doesn't want to do her job of showing the houses that are requested to be seen. I don't understand those good reviews.

Fantastic experience: Tuve la suerte de que María Acuña fuese mi asesora inmobiliaria. En Agosto encontré el piso ideal para is padres y ella me acompañó en todos los pasos. La visita al piso fue muy cómoda. Quedamos a una hora y fue muy puntual, la visita transcurrió con comodidad y nos aclaró todas las dudas, nos enseñó todo sin prisa y nos dejó tiempo para hacer una llamada con mis padres para poder enseñarles el piso porque ellos están lejos. El proceso de compra implicó papeleo y trámites previos que llevaron tiempo, pero María fue una maravilla gestionándolo todo, aportando documentación siempre que la necesitamos al momento, con un contacto directo por whatsapp constante y sencillo. Incluso estando ella de vacaciones estuvo pendiente de que no nos sintiéramos nerviosos o preocupados por el tiempo que estaba llevando hacer todo. Finalmente, una vez que todo estaba listo para la compra organizamos todo con mucha facilidad. María se encargó de todo y yo solo tuve que ir el día que acordamos a notaría para hacer la firma. Otra vez, todo muy sencillo y claro, me acompañó en todo momento, ¡hasta me invitó al café al que quería invitarla yo! jajaja Después de la compra ha estado también muy pendiente y me facilitó un par de cosas que necesitaba para los siguientes pasos. Si tuviese que volver a hacer un proceso como este y ella estuviese disponible, contactaría con María sin dudarlo, ha sido una agente inmobiliaria estupenda, atenta, confiable y muy responsable.
