Negative experience: Since it was not saved, I will detail what happened. This company showed me a house that was for sale on a Friday, and they told me that if I made an offer at a certain amount, they would accept my offer and not take the previous one into account, which was made a month and a half ago. The next day they called me and told me they would not accept my offer because the previous one made a higher offer and they have already accepted it without giving me the opportunity to make a new offer. They are liars, they are not professionals, you cannot trust what they say, everything must be in writing and signed. Beware of their false words. NOT RECOMMENDED, I REITERATE, NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Positive experience: Inmobiliaria céntrica y bien situada en la calle Rosalía de Vigo. Atentos y buenos profesionales. Amplia cartera de propiedades, con pisos nuevos y de segunda mano, garajes, etc, tanto para compraventa como para alquiler. Hay parquing de pago en la zona. Al ser un local situado en una planta baja es de fácil acceso.
