Negative experience: BE CAREFUL WITH THEM!!! I went to see an apartment in As Neves that was for sale for €59,000 with an agent, Juan Alejandro Cioffi. He made me wait a week for the visit and on top of that, I had to go at the time he imposed because he didn't want to wait. After seeing the apartment, he asked me what offer I would make for it, and I said I was willing to pay the €59,000 he was asking for. Juan said they would call me to ask if I confirmed my offer. After I left the apartment, Juan went to see the owner to show her the offers and hid mine. After a week of waiting for them to call me, I called to ask, and the answer was 'I'm sorry, it's already reserved. It was sold for €57,000. I don’t know why they didn’t call you,' so you can understand my astonishment being (as far as I know) the highest bidder. As I suspected the owner didn’t know anything, I located the owner of the apartment and told her everything. The owner told me they told her that no one offered more than €55,000 and that the other offers were supposedly €40,000 and ridiculous sums like that. They completely deceived her. She knew absolutely NOTHING about my offer. After reading the comments from other users, it’s now clear to me how the scam went: they called the buyer they found easier to deceive and told her 'pay me €€€€ now if you don’t want to miss it, because there is an offer higher than yours.' In the end, it seems that it is the real estate agent who decides to whom the apartment is sold and the owner has no rights. When I wrote to Juan Alejandro Cioffi confronting him about how he scammed the poor lady, he blocked me.

Negative experience: Professionalism and consideration 0. I had scheduled an appointment to see a house, and since on the day of the appointment they hadn’t sent me the confirmation as they had promised, I sent a WhatsApp asking them to confirm for me, and they just limited themselves to saying that it had already been sold. Well, thanks for letting me know. I could have gone to the appointment location and waited until I went gray.

Negative experience: My experience with Vanessa and Antonio, she is the current Director and he is the salesperson respectively of the office located on Coruña street, has been A DISASTER, no, beyond that, EMBARRASSING... they are liars, especially her, with zero humility on her part, and they manipulate people at their whim. I had to pay 2,500 euros as a deposit for a house that was ruined inside until I signed the sales agreement; I had to consult ON MY OWN everything regarding what could be done in it by paying someone to get 'info' at the town hall. To recover that amount, I had to call more than 15 times in one day (after a week of waiting) for Vanessa to at least respond on the phone; she insulted me over the phone... etc. In the end, after more than a week waiting for the return of the transfer made by me and being given the runaround by her collaborator Antonio, this was the only way to get my money back, after several excuses from Antonio, I have the WhatsApps that prove it. PAYING 2,500 euros as a deposit to get information before signing the sales agreement seems excessive for a sale of 73,000 euros, but I HAD TO PAY IT BECAUSE IT WAS MS. VANESSA'S RULE. They intended to keep the 2,500 euros and even told me to file a complaint. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH HER. The sellers have no voice or vote; they manage them as they wish. I feel sorry for the homeowners as they seemed like very nice people and agreed to meet with me after I deposited that amount, a prerequisite from Ms. Vanessa. I was hoping to make that my permanent home, and if the real estate agency had done its job properly with the town hall, I wouldn't have had to 'bother' the owners. From here, I apologize to both him and his wife.

Negative experience: They are a bunch of real good-for-nothings, treating property owners trying to sell their properties like liars, when they are the ones who break their word. When a manager acts out shouting in an unusual situation and puts a customer out on the street without understanding what’s going on and that their employees are the ones who did all the work, it leaves much to be desired. You cannot disrespect someone when you've just been paid for a job you didn’t do. The work is done by those who are out on the street working and not in the office boasting with arrogance. And even when that work is not finished.

Fantastic experience: My time as a trainee agent at the RE/MAX offices has been an enriching experience. Y colocándose el centro de la parcela le pregunte a la agente si aquí podría poner mi casa la contestación fue que si. Años después todavía sigo intentándolo sin éxito ella me enseño un plano de la zona en la que si que está en zona edificarse pero se le olvidó comentar otra seriededetalles que me impiden desarrollar la obra tales como accesos etc (un engaño)

Negative experience: Mucho ojo con esta inmobiliaria, porque compiten entre los propios vendedores, y no te enseñan propiedades que tienen otros agentes. Por lo tanto no juegan limpio. El cliente paga las envidias y luchas internas que tienen entre las propias empleadas. Parece que los inmuebles no son de la inmobiliaria y son del agente. Pies de plomo y mucho ojo es mi recomendación. Y suerte con que el agente que te toque tenga la propiedad que te atrae..

Negative experience: Muy descontentos con el asesoramiento financiero, lo dejamos en sus manos porque decían que se encargaban de todo y 2 años dp recibimos una carta de Hacienda en la que tenemos que pagar 12000 euros con intereses de demora por liquidar mal en su día. Reclamé y lo que me CONTESTARON es que eso lo teníamos que saber nosotros, nos sentimos muy decepcionados.
