I still don't see their intermediation clearly.. More and more worried... they don't respond, documents are missing, problems to clarify just days before the contract resolution... for now, total helplessness....

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend them, very dissatisfied, I advise never signing exclusives. I was already not in favor, but after 9 months with them, I will never do it again. A lot of lack of information. I won't elaborate, a bunch of awkward situations, I can't wait to finish the contract. A year lost in my opinion.

Negative experience: Awful, they use tricks and charm you into signing an exclusivity agreement with them, for no less than a year, and with an abusive commission of 5%. Unprofessional, not transparent in their dealings and visits, they hide information from sellers, negotiate with other real estate agencies without the owners' knowledge, do not inform about the follow-up of your property, do not conduct visits, etc. In short, I am eager to terminate my exclusivity with them and proceed with the corresponding complaint for negligence. NOT RECOMMENDED. I have been waiting for answers to a series of questions and explanations for a long time, and of course, even though they write a lot in their responses to reviews, they DO NOT MEET in follow-up or communication with clients. Additionally, their arrogant and haughty treatment of owners leaves much to be desired in terms of professionalism (I remind the manager of the Vigo delegation that after three weeks I am still waiting for his response).

Negative experience: Terrible service, I cannot recommend this real estate agency at all! I bought a house that they had listed on Idealista. The description was incorrect, it takes them days to respond to an email or WhatsApp, and they do not provide information. They were unable to schedule an appointment with the notary, and in the end, they wanted to change it again at short notice. They completely overlook the fact that the registry data does not match the cadastre, nor are they able to prepare an appointment with the notary with the necessary documentation. I had to go myself to the notary to prepare the deed! A complete disaster...
