Negative experience: Not very professional! They do not inspire confidence, they pressure the buyer and do not provide the necessary documentation for the property in a timely manner. Furthermore, there is bad treatment of customers. Beware of the gullible.

Negative experience: I called at 11:18 to see an apartment for rent, they took my details (name and phone number) and scheduled me for 18:15. Surprisingly, it is now 18:14 and I called to confirm that I was there, and they told me the apartment has been rented since 9:00 am (when I called at 11:18 they didn’t tell me anything, and gave me an appointment for 16:00). They didn't call me to cancel the appointment, claiming they called me 5 times, which is a lie because I always have my phone with me. They also ask me for my name and say I'm not on the list. (They noted my details in the morning) then magically if I'm not on the list how can they claim they called me 5 times? This only demonstrates IRRESPONSIBILITY and a lack of PROFESSIONALISM. This real estate agency leaves a lot to be desired. I now understand the negative comments they have. Don't trust them, as they are very irresponsible.
