Carlos always offered seamless and prompt help to me as a foreign buyer for all challenges throughout the whole purchase process. from property searching, mortgage application, house value evaluation, contract signing, notary coordination, instructions of money transfer to all the after sale services covering registrations with electricity company, water company, internet company etc…. Carlos is smart, experienced, professional, considerate and quick. I almost had no problem in buying this property as a foreigner who can’t speak Spanish and know very little of local practices. Fantastic experience: My wife and I dreamed of making Spain our home away from the United States. We were fortunate to find Carlos through our immigration lawyer and we could not have been happier with his help in trying to find the perfect home in the Denia area. Carlos was very responsive in setting up visits to homes that met our needs over many weeks as well as visiting several homes over four wonderful days in the Denia area. We found several homes that met our dreams but because of unforeseen medical issues we could not finalize a purchase. Nevertheless, we adored Carlos and our time with him. It is our hope that all issues that prevented our purchasing a home in 2024 will resolve themselves over the next couple of years and you can be sure that we will use Carlos again as our Spanish quest has not ended. His professionalism and gracious conduct will not be soon forgotten. He also speaks English perfectly and understands North Americans since he has lived in the US which made our visit and search easier and more enjoyable because our Spanish skills are less than perfect.

Fantastic experience: J’ai eu énormément de mauvaises expériences avec la plupart des agences à Javea - même avec les grandes. Il faut faire très attention car l’immobilier dans la région est une jungle remplie de personnes très peu professionnelles et qui peuvent se révéler de très mauvais conseils. Carlos sort vraiment du lot. Non seulement c’est une personne absolument charmante mais il est de grande confiance et il travaille de manière très sérieuse et professionnelle. Je vous le conseille les yeux fermés. Il parle très bien le français et en même temps, comme il est de la région, il connaît très bien la législation espagnole. Il se pliera en 4 pour vous trouver la maison de vos rêves. Nous avons été ravi de tout son travail et nous avons pu acquérir - grâce à lui - la maison que nous voulions.
