Negative experience: Somewhat informal. I had arranged to see a flat to buy and they neither showed up nor have given any sign of life.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, I left a flat for rent, arrived late to the appointment to rent the flat, and since the person was waiting, I decided to show it. The flat was reserved according to the girl from the real estate agency with a deposit, she told me that the flat was already just for signing, so I told her that I would inform the 7 people who were waiting that the flat was rented then. On Monday, she called me for the contract signing!! I called at 8 PM, and she told me that she gave my number and my wife's to the tenant so that he could send me the transfer receipt!! I asked her how? How could you give our number for this? You are in the middle and charge for this!! If I wanted to deal with people, I wouldn't need you, or at least you should have consulted me to give our numbers!! She called me the next day at 6 PM to start asking me questions to which I told her, 'Look, what do you need?' It's just that the client backed out, but I already have another one!! I said no.... that I better come pick up the keys; she made me go at 8 PM and to top it off with her lack of professionalism, she says... 'I have to go home!!! I have the keys there, of course, since Friday was a holiday, I told her today is Tuesday!!' I took her to her house to get the keys. Disastrous, I don't understand how they can work like this? And how an employee of the real estate agency gave my number without consent, and also has the keys at her house??? Come on, the owner of this agency, whom I don't know, if they operate like this, is very unserious. I don't recommend them at all. I have only lost money, and I imagine that if they had a deposit as a commitment, they didn't lose money. Because the excuse was that the person didn't want to pay for the trash?? But if it's something obvious, you have to pay for the trash and I don't know what other excuse they've given me!!!

Negative experience: They are scammers. I had to provide 400 euros as a deposit/reservation for an apartment they asked me to wait for because the tenant was going to take a couple of months to leave. I told them that was fine. Obviously, I stopped looking for another apartment, I started buying furniture, and the day before signing the contract they suddenly said I had to bring 2,000 euros in cash as a deposit for the landlord. I told them no way, and then the person handling my case, Montse, told me it was a mandatory condition or I would lose the apartment and they also wouldn’t refund the 400 euros because for them it was a loss to have the apartment sitting for the 2 months they told me I had to wait for the tenant. And that’s how it was, they stole 400 euros from me.

Negative experience: I called about an apartment listed without photos but with an affordable price... apparently... and I say apparently because when I called, surprise, something that is not mentioned in the ad is that the requirements, in addition to a payslip that few can afford and the famous rent guarantee insurance, is that the fees are to be paid by the tenant because 'the owner does not want to cover it and we have to earn something.' In conclusion, besides the rent guarantee insurance and two months' deposit, the fees mean paying three and a half months in advance... it's ASTOUNDING, and seeing that most people complain about showing dirty apartments (is that why there are no photos??) and that they do not return deposits, I now understand such a ridiculous set of conditions; is that why they ask for almost four months in advance? I find it shameful how they play with people, especially with prices being so inflated.

Negative experience: Fatal. They showed us a super dirty apartment with a lot to do. We agreed on a guarantee that they would leave it perfect. But after a while, they asked me to pay the security deposit as a reservation without any papers or anything. I said I wouldn’t give anything without having a signed contract. Then the next day, when doing the rental insurance, they told me we had to pay for it ourselves when that is always the landlord's responsibility. Also, they hadn’t mentioned anything about that during the visit, but they insisted that they had. I decided not to continue with them because now I don't even believe they would keep schedules, and who knows how the apartment would be; I don’t trust them at all. Regrettable...

Negative experience: I called to inquire about an apartment for rent and I found that this real estate agency accepts discriminatory treatment towards families with minors from the property owners. This is in contrast to Spanish legislation and falls under a hate crime. 1. Spanish Constitution: Article 14: Prohibits discrimination based on any personal condition or circumstance, including family situation (having children). Article 39: Protects the right to decent and adequate housing. 2. Urban Leases Law (LAU): Article 17: Prohibits discrimination in access to housing based on race, color, religion, sex, nationality, social origin, family situation, or disability. 3. Equality Law: Article 7: Prohibits discrimination based on sex, family, or any other personal condition or circumstance. 4. Age Discrimination Law: Article 7: Prohibits discrimination based on age in access to housing. 5. Civil Code: Article 1.496: Establishes the landlord's obligation not to disturb the tenant in the use and enjoyment of the dwelling. Consequences of discrimination: Nullity of the discriminatory clause: If the rental contract includes a clause prohibiting children, it will be null and void. Civil liability: The property owner may be ordered to pay compensation to the discriminated tenant. Administrative sanction: The property owner may be sanctioned by the public administration.

Negative experience: We were tenants of an apartment for 5 years and for any paperwork we were referred to the landlady out of pure neglect and laziness. When it came time to collect the deposit and process the final services, they were the first: cleaning company chosen by this real estate agency, they painted the apartment at our expense and on top of that, we opened the door to a hundred potential new tenants. Lack of respect. Insult. Theft. Please, let no one hire them. Montse gives you a smile first and a stab later.

Montse arrived late and as soon as she arrived, she told me if she could show the apartment to some other people who came with her and whom, according to her, had contacted her that morning. I had been waiting to see the apartment for two days, and it seemed like a great lack of respect.

Negative experience: Very informal and professionalism is lacking: -They treat you with a familiarity and behavior that is not appropriate. I am your client, not your buddy. -After signing the contract, I had to chase them for 15 days to send me the copy signed by the owner. The best part is that they told me I was being too fussy. Well, if everyone was as messy as they are, we would be in trouble. -They deliver the house full of garbage, giving you the runaround and saying they haven't had time to send anyone to clean (when they had a whole week). Then when you leave the apartment, they have the nerve to ask you if you've left it clean. That shows more cheek than back. Obviously, I left it in the same condition I found it. If you want to avoid bad experiences and anxieties, go to another real estate agency, there are many, and any will be better than this one.

Negative experience: El error más grande que cometí en mi vida fue usar los servicios de esta inmobiliaria, te mienten diciendo lo de la fianza que esta depositada y se escusan diciendo que son intermediarios , culpando a los propietarios, no se la recomiendo a nadie, muy mala experiencia.

Negative experience: No me extraña las reseñas que tiene negativas , al principio todo muy bonito muy amables y cercanos, pero a la hora de la verdad nada , poniendo pegas por todo para devolver la fianza al entregar el piso, todo lo dicen de palabra, nada por escrito , se tienen muy sabido lo que hacen para no dejar evidencias , tuve que ir a la Xunta para enterarme que nunca habían depositado la fianza y tienen el descaro de mentirme en la cara diciendo que estaba depositada, una vergüenza en toda regla y estafa inventándose desperfectos que no existían ,por suerte hice fotos de todo antes de entregar el piso, no le recomiendo a nadie está experiencia ni la inmobiliaria.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE!!! NO VAYAIS A NINGUN PISO CON ESTA INMOBILIARIA!! Trato penoso, te juzgan e insultan por ser "joven", pasan mal las facturas o ni las pasan, y algunas son inventadas...nos han cortado el agua y casi la luz por no haber podido pagarlo ya que esta inmobiliaria no habia cambiado las cuentas y no las habia puesto a nuestro nombre, pero lo peor es que ni disculpas ni nada, se rien de ti y te dicen q te van a mandar a sus abogados...por favor, no se os ocurra buscar un piso donde esté esta empresa, es una pesadilla...

Negative experience: NO HAY POR DONDE COGERLO. Nos lo vendieron con un ‘el piso está para entrar a vivir’ nos encontramos con que la lavadora no funcionaba, había humedades tapadas con pintura (las cuales con los meses fueron saliendo más), nos faltaba parqué en el pasillo, tuberías atascadas de las que desbordaba el agua, horno con solo un modo que funcionamiento y descolgándose, la vitrocerámica rota, un cajón de la cocina destrozado… Sabían que éramos 4 personas y nos dejaron 2 semanas con un par de llaves y sin lavadora. Por x motivos tuvimos que cambiar la cuenta bancaria la cual se la dimos en septiembre y en diciembre nos enteramos de que no se hizo la gestión y nos llegaron todas las facturas juntas (todo esto a limites de que nos cortarán la luz), tuvimos que ir NOSOTRAS a Naturgy porque según Montse (la de la inmobiliaria) nuestra cuenta no era válida, cosa que al llegar a Naturgy nos lo hicieron en un momento y sin problema. Lo peor es que en vez de reconocer el error le dijeron al casero que había sido culpa nuestra por no hacer los pagos. Nos enteramos también, de que un ex compañero nuestro se pasó por la inmobiliaria y le hablaron mal de nosotras, muchísima profesionalidad por lo que se sigue viendo. Después de 8 meses en el piso les entra las prisas para arreglar los desperfectos porque querían subir el precio del alquiler al original (teníamos un descuento por todo lo que había en el) y en un mes pretendían arreglar todo, nosotros con nuestros trabajos volviéndonos locos para gestionar todas las obras en casa. Por otro lado le hablé a Montse preguntándole por el papel del depósito de la fianza en la Xunta, no hubo respuesta, experta en dar largas, diciendo que el casero era el que llevaba eso, el cual nos dijo que lo llevaba la inmobiliaria. A día de hoy nos han cortado el agua (y es por esto que ya cansada estoy escribiendo) porque en el momento de hacer el cambio de la cuenta bancaria tampoco se hizo. Nunca he visto a una persona tan MALEDUCADA, MAL ENCARADA, sinvergüenza, mentirosa, 0 Etica y con una gestión tan PÉSIMA como Montse.

Negative experience: NEFASTO!! De las peores experiencias de mi vida. Profesionalidad inexistente. No te quieren devolver la fianza e intentan estafarte, metiéndote gastos de limpieza o de pintura que corresponden pagar al propietario!!! No meten la fianza en la Xunta!! Cosa que es ilegal y por la cual van a tener que pagar una multa. Por suerte nos hemos informado de nuestros derechos y no nos han podido estafar ni un euro... Pero se aprovecharán de la gente que no sabe o que no se quiere meter en líos por dinero. No dudéis en reclamar lo que es vuestro si os véis en una situación similar, y dejad todo por escrito.

Fantastic experience: Mi experiencia con esta inmobiliaria ha sido inmejorable, la atención recibida por parte de Montse fue EXCELENTE, un trato cercano y gracias a ella he entrado en un piso limpio y en condiciones habitables, ya que en otras agencias el trato que tuve fue nefasto. La recomiendo al 100% ya que esta chica es super resolutiva y siempre está operativa para solucionar los problemas, cosa que otras agencias no lo hacen.

Desde el primer momento, siempre han sido súper cercanos con nosotros y nos han tratado como debe ser pese a que seamos estudiantes, algo que no hacen en otras agencias. Resuelven los problemas tan rápido como es posible, y facilitan la comunicación con los propietarios a la hora de la finalización del contrato y devolución de la fianza. Nosotros dejamos un piso en buen estado porque nos insistieron en que la limpieza es importante, y no hemos tenido ningún problema. Además, Montse es un encanto y súper cercana, no duda en echar una mano en cualquier momento, incluso en fines de semana nos ha ayudado en algún apuro… Repetiremos otro curso más!

Infantilizan a los inquilinos por ser jóvenes, no se preocupan en absoluto por gestionar los problemas que surgen durante el periodo de arrendamiento de uno de sus inmuebles, y abusan de manera exagerada de su posición dominante en el mercado inmobiliario de ciertas zonas de Getafe.

Negative experience: Por lo que he leído en el resto de reseñas, no vengo a escribir nada nuevo por aquí. Decir que mi experiencia con esta inmobiliaria fue MALA sería quedarme corta. Nosotros alquilamos un piso con otra inmobiliaria, pero cuando nos fuimos de ese piso nuestra casera había cambiado a esta. Cuando nos fuimos del piso lo dejamos impecable (nos pasamos todo un fin de semana limpiando) y nuestro error fue no hacer la entrega de las llaves en el propio piso. A los días de irnos del piso me llama una tal Montse (en nombre de esta inmobiliaria), hablando de muy mala manera y con CERO EDUCACIÓN, diciéndonos que el piso estaba muy sucio, que habían tenido que contratar a una persona para limpiarlo y que nos lo iban a descontar de la fianza. Nos pasan como "FACTURA" lo que adjunto abajo: obviamente no se trata de ninguna factura legal, ni consta el nombre de ninguna empresa de limpieza, ni nada. Además de este detalle nos quería ir descontando más cosas ridículas de la fianza, como por ejemplo una copia de las llaves porque las originales estaban oxidadas :O :O Si caéis en esta inmobiliaria, HUID... ¡¡si estáis a tiempo!!

Negative experience: Una experiencia fatal. Contacté por un piso por el cual estaba muy interesada y me llevaron a uno distinto. El problema no es ese, un error le pasa a cualquiera. Concertamos una cita para ir a ver el piso otro día, la persona me dijo que llamaría antes para confirmar, el día en cuestión llamo porque no supe nada de la persona y me dice su compañera que seguro se le pasó, que le diría que contactara conmigo. Hasta el día de hoy sigo esperando que se pongan en contacto conmigo. No se puede jugar así con el tiempo de las personas.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia fue muy mala, tenía reservado un piso para entrar el día 1, las llaves del piso me las dieron el día 3 y en ese momento me dicen que el baño pierde agua y que hay que reformar todo el baño. Algo que ya sabían a través de la propietaria y que obviamente no se me informó. La propietaria entraba por el piso como si fuera su casa, al final la propietaria nos dice que tiene a quien alquilarlo más caro, decidimos romper el contrato al día siguiente de firmar el contrato para evitarnos problemas con la condición de que nos devuelven la fianza y la mensualidad...todavía estoy esperando....UNA ESTAFA EN TODA REGLA!! (por parte de propietaria y inmobiliaria) ni una llamada me responden! No coger pisos a través de INMOBILIARIA ALBA o seréis ESTAFADOS!! por experiencia personal no se lo recomiendo a nadie!

Negative experience: Muy mal , el apartamento no estaba limpio al entrar, estaba echo un asco y ante los problemas pasaban de todo, carecen de educación y trato , son mal encarados y lo peor es que me obligaron a limpiar el piso al salir, yo lo recibi echo asco y lo dejé limpio, me mandaron limpiarlo perfecto si nó no me devolvian la señal, vergonzoso no lo recomiendo a nadie. Aveces tienen suerte de que España no sea Brasil o Colombia o por otros lares. Porque vaya trato.

Negative experience: Trato lamentable. Me han dejado tirada 2 veces teniendo cita para enseñarme un piso y cuando llego a la cita me dicen que está alquilado (concretando incluso la cita 1h antes).. Ni si quiera llaman y encima mienten. Deben creer que el tiempo de la gente no vale nada. Señores propietarios, ahórrense la comisión de la inmobiliaria! Está claro que sobran los clientes en Vigo, en 2 días tienen su piso alquilado solo con ponerlo en Internet.

Negative experience: Lamentable el servicio, por llamarle de algún modo, prestado en el arrendamiento de una vivienda en Vigo. Dado que resido fuera de Vigo se encargaron de recibir el dinero por parte de la inquilina sin que en plazo de dos meses lo hayan puesto a mi disposición y, por supuesto, se habrán cobrado su comisión en primer lugar. Mala comunicación con sus empleados siempre con el pretexto de que están muy ocupados. Mala gestión de algunos arreglos encomendados en la vivienda a terceras personas sin remitir presupuestos y haciendo de su capa un sayo. En definitiva, nada recomendables.
