Negative experience: I requested to see a study with an agent from this real estate agency through Milanuncios where I set the filter for individuals and it is advertised as an individual. This agent Trini has a study for €340 that I was interested in seeing, and I explained that since they required a salary of €1400, my income was lower, but I could bring someone as a guarantor, and she didn't even bother to respond. I find this unprofessional, and this is why no one in this country can rent anything, because between requiring €1400 in salary and not providing any facilities and ignoring people, it is impossible. Not recommended due to the human treatment. The requirements are disproportionate to what the study actually is.
