Negative experience: A complete disaster. They rent out newly painted apartments and then there are damp issues. You call to notify them and they ignore everything. One year without an antenna to watch television. If you call, they tell you they will come. It's a warning. They never call back; they ignore the problems. I do not recommend it at all.

The property was indeed delivered in impeccable condition with freshly painted ceilings and walls and completely clean, as recorded in the inventory and photos attached to the lease contract, but the property is not owned by Villanovett real estate. Negative experience: From my side, as a real estate agent, it leaves much to be desired. Last year I put my apartment up for sale, I was sent three times to sign a deposit because it was sold and the sale never happened. Then I went to see one that they were selling, a guy showed it to me and told me a price, then Loli came and told me that it was impossible for them to have given me that price.

Make sure you are not confusing us with another real estate agency. I have spoken with the sales representatives, and they perfectly recognize you, and they tell me that each one showed you a property, and that you came on a Saturday wanting to reserve it without prior notice and without having made an earnest money contract, which is why the reservation was not made. Then you told us that you no longer wanted it because you were buying a bank property. On the other hand, this was a year ago. We do not understand either your rating or your review.

Negative experience: Nunca cojen el teléfono
Buenos días Ana, discúlpanos, es que éstos días hemos tenido un problema con el teféfono que no iba y no recibiamos las llamadas aunque a vosotros os daba señal, ya hemos solucionado el problema. No obstante, la inmobiliaria está abierta de lunes a vienes de 9:30 a 13:30 y de 16:00 a 20:00 para poder atenderte en persona y también podías enviar un e-mail o un mensaje al móvil que respondemos a todos.
