Negative experience: I bought an apartment thinking I was in the hands of professionals, and it was all lies and deceit, (that the apartment has no outstanding fees, nor has it had debts 'always up to date with payments', that the building has surveillance cameras, neighbors who make no noise, do not have dogs, do not play instruments, ... , in the end you discover over time that EVERYTHING IS LIES), and they only deign to excuse themselves 'the owner also deceived us', I am still waiting for them to give me a response and repair the hidden defects because they haven't even bothered to check them.

Negative experience: Bad experience. They do not handle customers' personal data well. They gave my bank details to another tenant to make a deposit for a rental, and on top of that, they asked me to return it (obviously out of consideration for the girl who was affected, the money was returned immediately). The only response I got when I mentioned the management fees and the inconveniences caused by a transfer was 'thank you very much and apologies', which means they didn't care. It seems that their privacy policy and the handling of customer data matters very little to them.

Negative experience: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, SCAMMERS. Maite is a terrible professional, they act as intermediaries with Testa Residencial. This lady will paint the rental in a rosy picture with Testa until you sign, and once the contract is signed, she ignores everything. The worst comes when you finish the rental and they look for any excuse not to return the deposit, blaming damages from previous tenants, inflated cleaning, painting, and putty charges, and they invent damages like windows that do not close properly that need adjusting, all to avoid returning a single euro. In the end, fighting with them is useless; they are incompetent, and you have to sue them to at least get part of your money back.
