Buenas, la inmobiliaria en general fue genial pero el trato en particular de Alba fue otro nivel, siempre atenta a cualquier necesidad y aunque con la situación crítica que se vive con el COVID 19 siempre estuvo pendiente y apenas abrieron todo el trámite se hizo rápido y eficiente. 100% recomendados.
Nos llevamos una gratísima impresión del trabajo de Maica inmobiliaria. El trato es excelente (en concreto nos atendió Jacqueline). Tienen total disponibilidad y ofrecen soluciones para facilitar la operación y el trato posterior. Me gustaría destacar también la buena calidad en la redacción del contrato. Fantastic experience: Excellent service and pressure-free. Agile communication via email or instant messaging. They took my data privacy seriously and my communications regarding the files were encrypted with a password since I was in another city for most of the process until the signing. They went out of their way to take good photos to show the property and even a video of the storage room that we could not access during the initial visit, for which approximate measurements were also sent to avoid doubts about its dimensions in the video. They adapted to my timing and managed the procedures in very little time. They were always punctual and made no mistakes in managing the information or procedures.

Negative experience: I contacted to see a house on Avenida Castelao. Everything was fine until we decided to rent a house. We sent all the paperwork to make the contract, but this office is very irresponsible. We have waited almost 3 weeks and we still have not received a response from this office. When we contacted them, they told us to wait for them to get back to us. Up to now, there is still no response. Very bad.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion and the inconvenience caused. We want to clarify that the owner of the property in question prefers to rent through a rental insurance. The documentation you sent us for this property was received this week, not three weeks ago, as at that time the property was not even available. We have informed you that we must wait for both the insurance company's resolution and for the owner to hand us the keys in order to show the property. It's not that we don’t want to do our job, but unfortunately, we must follow this process and we do it to the best of our ability. Before posting a review, we believe it is important to ask or at least understand our explanations, as the delay does not depend on us. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Best regards.

Negative experience: Buenas noches amigos. Estoy muy descontento. Hace días estuve interesado en un piso y me di cuenta que es gente poco profecional ya que me daban muchas largas y cuando llamaba para saber las novedades del piso me contestaban de una manera grosera y poco agradable. No les recomiendo perder su tiempo con esta inmobiliaria.

En ningún momento hemos actuado como aquí dices, desde que se te enseñó el piso se explicó que eran los propietarios los que tomaban la decisión y decidían a qué inquilinos querían para el alquiler de su vivienda. Las viviendas que alquilamos no son nuestras y no podemos decidir la rapidez con la que quieren decidirse si también están valorando a otra gente. Fuimos muy claras a este respecto pero en ningún momento groseras como tu dices. De hecho se te ofrecieron otras opciones mientras los propietarios lo estaban pensando y se os explicó en todo momento todo. Lamento que esta sea tu impresión y que menosprecies nuestro trabajo poniendo reseñas desde diferentes cuentas.

Negative experience: La atención no fue la deseada. No me llamaron nunca para ver nada,tuve que llamarles yo dos veces y jamás me devolvierona llamada. Eso si la reseña anterior que puse me llamaron enfadados porque la les di esta puntuación en vez de preocuparse el porqué de ella.
Hola Begoña si no disponemos de ningún inmueble que se adapte a lo que solicitas no te llamamos ya que nos parece ilógico llamar para decirte que no disponemos de algo que encaje en lo que solicitas. No llamamos enfadados a nadie ya que sería contraproducente esa llamada, sólo queríamos saber de primera mano que había sucedido y cómo poder ayudarte. Siempre devolvemos las llamadas a la mayor brevedad posible y sino mandamos un whatsapp. Sentimos que tengas estas opiniones sobre nosotros. En lo que podamos ayudarte aquí estaremos.
Fantastic experience: Maica Inmobiliaria es un equipo muy bién estructurado y profesional. Enseguida nos buscaron una compradora para el piso que teníamos en venta, todo lo pactado lo cumplieron con creces y otra de las cualidades es que todo el equipo que forma esta Inmobiliaria es muy educado y amable, Mis hermanos y Yo nos encontramos muy a gusto con ellas comoben familia.
