Fantastic experience: Well-equipped apartment, and the staff is very friendly. Recommended.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I rented an apartment for two months, and I was required to pay a month's deposit, which would be partially used to cover electricity, water, and gas expenses. Up to this point, everything was fine, but after leaving the apartment it took two months to get my deposit back. When I demanded to see the receipts for the expenses to check if the deductions made were correct, they did not provide them. They deposited part of the deposit back to me and to this day, I don't know why they charged so much. The woman who manages this is very rude; she responds poorly and only replies on WhatsApp when she feels like it.

Fantastic experience: Very professional. I have an apartment for rent and they provide very good service, they are always there which is important and very attentive to the tenant. I have no complaints at all. Moreover, they are very transparent and keep you informed about everything.

Negative experience: My daughter rented an apartment with some roommates and she kept the deposit. A disgraceful person. I do not recommend her to anyone.

Positive experience: Great apartment hotel right by the sea. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony, and shared kitchen for 5 people for €120 a night, top-notch. Super Wi-Fi.

Negative experience: Regrettable experience of absolute lack of seriousness with the client. We visited an apartment and were told that we wanted it; they asked us for a deposit to stop showing it (€500) and started processing the reservation contract. When everything was being expedited for the contract, we were informed that the apartment had already been sold because the builder did it secretly. Setting aside the lamentable lack of honesty, it is even worse. In the end, another floor was sold, and they shifted that person (who is not to blame) to our apartment while we ended up with nothing. Of course, the agent had told us that they were taking care of finding us something, but I don't know when... Because this happened about 5 or 6 months ago, and it seems nothing came up, or they simply sold smoke again. As a real estate agency, you have not made yourselves respected and you have abandoned your clients. Be very careful, and I hope no one has to go through a similar experience, as they play with time and hopes when it comes to buying a home.

Positive experience: Battle apartments, clean but they don't serve you as they should. In our case, the washing machine didn't work and even though we reported it several times, they never came to check it. You pay so much for not having all the comforts.

Fantastic experience: As a foreigner in a major city like Vigo, finding an affordable and reliable apartment can be quite daunting and stressful. Fortunately, this agency made the process surprisingly smooth and reassuring. We were able to secure an apartment that not only fit our budget but was also in the desired location, largely thanks to the excellent assistance provided by their agent, Gonzalo. From the beginning to the end of our stay, Gonzalo was very helpful and kind. He explained all the documents we had to process very well, and everything was carried out legally and legitimately. We were not charged any hidden or unnecessary fees, and all our expenses and utilities were transparent and well documented. He was also very helpful in addressing our requests whenever an issue arose in our apartment, such as a dripping faucet or a clogged drain, and my roommates and I appreciated that a lot. Additionally, we were also able to get our full deposit back at the end of our contract (but of course, it is necessary to take good care of the apartment and leave it clean and in the same condition we found it for that to happen, which is fair, by the way). In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend the services of this agency. Their professionalism, kindness, and general help truly exceeded my expectations. They have set a high standard for real estate agencies with their first-class service. Thanks to them, my first year living in Vigo was comfortable, convenient, and safe. Thank you very much!

Negative experience: I join the thread of comments about the deposit. We had to wait over a month to get our deposit back (for which we had to insist on several occasions). Without finding any explanation for the amount they had 'taken' from us, I requested the invoices to understand this difference, and a month later I still have not received either the invoices or the money. It is also worth highlighting that contacting them is almost impossible; you ask for explanations, they don’t give them to you; you ask for electricity, water, and gas invoices, they don’t give them to you… all you encounter are long responses: 'they are looking into it'. It has been two and a half months since we left the apartment, and we are still in the same situation. A true disgrace. It is also worth mentioning the month they tried to charge us for the gas inspection when it is the owner's responsibility. If you want to be left without your money without explanation, this is the place for you.

Negative experience: Scam. To recover your deposit, you will have to threaten to report them (when you manage to contact them), and they will not return it in full. In our case, they invented a damage months after leaving, with several other tenants having passed through the apartment in the meantime, and without ever showing us any invoice. I wish we had seen the reviews earlier. We are now considering taking legal action, as many people seem to have already done so.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with this real estate agency 'InmocityVigo' has been less than satisfactory. From the beginning, I felt that the transparency and professionalism I expected from a company with such reviews were not present. When it came time to finalize my contract, they tried to keep part of my deposit based on supposed 'irregularities' or 'damages.' However, what left me perplexed was that, when I asked for written evidence or photographs of them, they could not provide them. Instead, they gave me vague and evasive excuses, which made me question their integrity and work ethics even more. In the end, they have kept part of the deposit without presenting any justification, and they neither return it nor provide proof or invoices to justify it. I understand that all companies can have a bad day or even make an occasional mistake. But what I cannot understand or accept is the attempt to take advantage of their clients through unfounded justifications. It is disheartening to see that there are companies that still operate with such little integrity. I hope that no one else has to go through a similar experience. I suggest that those considering working with these people reconsider their choice and look for more transparent and honest alternatives in the market. Calling them unprofessional is an understatement.

Negative experience: J’ai réservé un hôtel appartenant à inmo via Booking et 2 jours avant de partir, inmo me dit que ma réservation n’est pas disponible… En les appelant et en demandant de m’aider à trouver une solution, car c’est un voyage professionnel et très important, ils m’ont dit qu’ils n’avaient pas de solution et m’ont raccroché au nez! Autant vous dire que je ne conseil vraiment pas cette agence pas du tout professionnelle et pas accueillante… en plus j’ai été très courtois et calme au téléphone.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia, demasiada opacidad, donde digo digo digo Diego, muy incidente en la venta para después no respetar la oferta una vez entregada una señal, pidiendo más por el inmueble de su precio inicial y que se reflejaba en la wed, documento mal redactado y no entregado, en fin las prisas no son buenas, no lo recomiendo en absoluto

Entonces le escribimos y dijo que ya había alquilado la vivienda. ¡No habían pasado ni 4 horas desde que nos dio la cita! No se dignó ni en avisar incluso cuando nosotros le dijimos que podríamos ir antes de la hora programada. ¡SI BUSCAS SERIEDAD BUSCA OTRA INMOBILIARIA!

Si quieres despreocuparte de todo y aumentar los ingresos económicos la mejor opción es contar con esta empresa.

Maika, la encargada, ha sido muy atenta con nosotros; de hecho, ha habido un problema en el edificio que requería obras en nuestro piso y enseguida nos han trasladado a otro igual sin ningún tipo de retraso ni problema. El piso está de maravilla: unas vistas preciosas, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable.
