Negative experience: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I scheduled an appointment with Elena to see an apartment on Sunday in Vigo, mentioning that we are coming from Madrid and can only do it on the weekend. She agreed, though not very enthusiastically. She wrote to me on Friday to cancel the appointment because she had a 'family commitment that she cannot miss.' I suggested viewing it on Saturday because I already have a hotel in Vigo that I cannot cancel, and she responded that she doesn't work on weekends. THANK YOU ELENA FOR WASTING OUR TIME AND MONEY.
