Negative experience: Shameful management. We have had water leaks in a ceiling for 9 months due to a terrace. Alex ignores the issue to the point of not answering the phone, the contractor is doing leak tests once every 2 months at the cost of being on top of them and always soaking the entire terrace instead of by areas. In the end, my neighbor and I have had to locate the leak, and even then, it's been 1 month since that point without a solution and without even answering the phone. Every community we spoke to that works with them is very dissatisfied. Professionalism 0. Of course, they are quick to take their 10% cut from each charge.

Negative experience: They don't accept card payments, which is a bit annoying.. besides, they attributed a community debt to me, giving me a paper that reflects the months that are owed. Luckily, I keep all the receipts that I pay and have been able to cross-check them with the debt paper, and to my surprise, I had already paid them, saving me €1300! Anyway, I think there is something shady going on, it's not normal!
