Negative experience: La verdad que tenía mis dudas después de leer algunas reseñas, pero aún así decidí arriesgar. Al final me llevé la misma impresión que otros clientes. El trato por parte de Vanessa no fue nada bueno. No me sentí bien atendido ni escuchado. Al final, las opiniones negativas que había leído eran bastante acertadas. No lo recomiendo.

Negative experience: Four times calling and waiting for a salesperson to contact me, it's regrettable to be interested in a property and have to chase them for a visit.

Negative experience: What a shame of a real estate agency, I do not recommend buying or selling here to anyone. They tell you that they will call you for the appointment and they never call you, they deceive you, they set prices and then change them. Such a lack of professionalism and Vanessa Baños is quite the character... what a ridiculous real estate agency, not serious at all.

Negative experience: I find their organization to be very poor. We were calling about a house day after day, and they kept giving us the runaround saying they didn't have a key. When they finally had a key, we called to schedule a visit, and they told us that visits still couldn't be made. We were the first to call and to stay updated on new developments. When we called last time, they told us it had already been sold? As if visits couldn't be made?

Negative experience: I have been trying to contact since last week without any response. - I called on Monday asking about an apartment that we are very interested in and the girl who answered informed me that the agent would contact me and that the apartment IS AVAILABLE. - I called the next day and was told that the agent would contact me between Wednesday and Thursday since he was off and that the apartment IS AVAILABLE. - I called on Wednesday and was informed that the agent has my urgent message, and that he has been told about my great interest in the apartment and that the apartment IS AVAILABLE. - I called on Thursday and was informed that 'coincidentally' the apartment had been reserved that same morning. - The agent then informed me that he was not aware of my 5 phone calls, the Post-it with my name and phone number, and my two emails regarding the same apartment (how is that even possible!!!!!) I do not intend to do any business with them.

Negative experience: There are no words to describe a 'professional' (VÍCTOR GONZALES / 'REAL ESTATE AGENT' from finques castell!! Review this person's profile and customer service, a level liar.., classist.. There are no words to describe the disappointment of this person.. They respond hurriedly, lose their manners, and have zero tact with the client... And I repeat, liar.

Negative experience: YOU HAVE TO REPORT THEM! HOW LONG WILL THEY KEEP ME WITHOUT A PRIVATE DOOR??? BAD TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS, THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN SELLING. WORSE THAN THE FUND, LITTLE TRANSPARENCY! I bought an apartment that was managed by an investment fund, for me the rating is the little transparency they have, they just want to sell and you as a customer don't matter to them. Be careful! read the contract for the notary certificate well, since on the day of signing you will have to pay at least €180, something they don’t inform you about, but you signed. They show up on the day of signing without a certificate of habitability, exposed to the entity not signing. They also didn’t inform me about the electrical installation, they had everything very well covered, they only informed me that I need to register the supplies and I have to change it entirely, they also didn’t inform me that the community has two open judicial proceedings, why should they provide all that information to the client... And finally, they tell me they are installing a private door and they come to install a door with 5 holes, poorly filled and damaged, since I refused to let them change it, I continue with the anti-squat, and I bought on February 26. Ask for all kinds of information because if not you will find hidden defects, and their answer will be... you buy from a fund and that’s what it is. IN response to what they answer me. They were aware of the state of the electrical installation but it was all very well covered, there has never been a light installation here, they even had to request a bulletin and that information was hidden from me, nor was the certificate of habitability granted, which I was informed of on the same day of signing, when you already had an architect's report (imagine the transparency). Their fund has been paying a provision of funds due to a condemned court ruling, it appears in the records. They also don't mention that I have been without a private door, as they want to give me a damaged one, that was also obvious during the sales process and they are still not responsible for it. Judicial actions will have to be taken. Therefore, don't talk to me about transparency that you lack. And I’m not the only one in this property who thinks the same about you.

If it takes them as long to respond to messages as it does to reviews, I might have seen the houses months ago.

They respond late or do not respond at all, they have canceled appointments just hours before the scheduled time. They have argued for months that they didn’t have the keys to the property, then that they weren’t the correct ones… in short, it’s regrettable. I wasn't attended by the typical annoying person who pretends to be your new best friend, but rather a team that advised me on the more complex and rare demands of the seller, who was an investment fund. At no point did they mind that my lawyer followed up on the operation, and they provided us with any consultation documents, they even reopened the apartment for me to take measurements and to show it to family. They didn’t hide any dirty laundry from me; on the contrary, they warned me from the very first moment about the condition of the utilities, etc... Thank you very much!!

Negative experience: Lack of communication and transparency from the very beginning. Very difficult to contact them during the purchasing process. I don't know if they deceive you until you become emotionally attached to the property, or if the salespeople are just unaware of what they are selling. Lack of professionalism and seriousness. It's hard to believe that they are the ones most interested in taking care of their clients... I do not recommend their services at all. In the end, I bought from them, but only because the apartment fit perfectly with what we were looking for, not because they conveyed trust and peace of mind. Until the day of the signing, everything was tedious, 2 hours to sign due to poor management and coordination among them... to the point of doubting whether we could sign or should come back another day. Lies to the degree of telling you that there are fixed damp issues and then it turns out to be the exact opposite. In short, 1 star because I can’t give less. I won’t use them again, nor do I recommend them at all.

Negative experience: A disaster. I request information and schedule a visit for a property in a Habitalia ad, and I'm informed that they have a maximum period of 72 hours to schedule a visit. I call several times at different times and different days, and they never answer. I call at the 72-hour mark, already annoyed, and they still don’t answer. The next day, a sales representative contacts me outside the promised hours, telling me that they will call me to schedule a visit. MUST I WAIT AGAIN... HOW LONG? Upset, I demand an explanation, and finally, they send me all the relevant documentation, saying that the owner has just lowered the price and that they are giving substantial discounts on different properties. What are you telling me when I’ve been watching this property for 2 weeks and you already published it at this price? Videos and photos of the desirable areas come quickly, while the damp spots and various collapses are easily visible in other ads for the property. They ask me several absurd questions, and a few days later, they respond by giving me a specific date and time for an appointment, despite me having already told them my availability. I reject the offer and make it clear they should let it go, as they are not motivated to sell. Quite irritated, they respond to what I say but this time in a rude manner, constantly mocking me. What professionalism, right? In short, I should have listened to all these reviews I had already read but still thought it was worthwhile to experience it myself. For anyone reading this... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. There are millions of more professional real estate agencies. This way, you won’t waste time, get angry, or deal with an impolite and unprofessional character.

Negative experience: Some time ago, I was interested in one of your properties and I am still waiting for a response because I only receive the same email many times each day. I check to see if they finally respond or not, but so far, I only get the same email as always. I hope it gets resolved soon.

Negative experience: They have a phone even though it doesn't seem like it. They don't answer the phone, they don't call you back, and they don't respond to WhatsApp. For the past 4 days, I've been asking for information about a property and I'm still waiting. Besides, it doesn't have a certificate and they don't mention it in the ad. With such little concern, I'm not even interested anymore. Don't expect anything from them.

Negative experience: Total disinterest. I wrote to them to get more information about an apartment and they replied on WhatsApp with a copy-paste message at 11:25 PM. A message where the information is the same as on Idealista. When I told them that I was also interested in another duplex and wanted to visit both, I haven't received any more response from 'Vanessa'. That was on Friday, and today, Monday, I see the chat online all the time, and they are unable to communicate anything to me....

Negative experience: I contacted them on a Friday via their website to schedule a visit to a property 9 hours after the ad was posted, and they simply forwarded me the link to the ad that I had already seen. The next business day, I went to their offices to inquire about the property, and they told me it was 'pending processing' (???), that they could not grant me a visit and they also could not provide me with any information regarding some questions I had. They took down my phone number to call me and that was about it. After waiting a week for them to call me and still seeing the ad available, I contacted them again through email to ask for an explanation about what was happening. Two hours later, they updated the ad to 'sold,' and I am still waiting for them to respond via email or call me. In my opinion, it was either an ad to attract clients or they are giving preferential treatment to certain individuals, because if they have a property 'available,' they have no reason to refuse to grant me a visit or give me information. For my part, I hope to find a real estate agency that is a bit more professional and offers a more serious and close approach when it comes to acquiring my future property.

Negative experience: Better they dedicate themselves to something else because they have little interest in selling houses. After I showed interest in an apartment, they wrote to me with a copied and pasted message. I told them I would like to schedule a visit, and they said they would confirm the visit. After several days, no one scheduled the visit, and they responded a bit rudely that if they didn't reply, they would contact me soon. I don't know what 'soon' means to them because after 2 weeks, there's no trace of these people. I notified them again that no one has said anything to me, and they told me again that they were checking to schedule me a visit and, SURPRISE! They disappeared again! If they are not interested in working or being serious, they should become public servants. From what I read, I am not the only one who has experienced this type of situation with this real estate agency.

Waiting and lies all the way, lack of seriousness, and paperwork on their part. 0 knowledge, had to go to the notary and then return home. Finally, an encumbered property. A year later, by chance, I try to schedule a visit for a property they happened to have, and a week later they tell me it already has an offer. If we had scheduled the visit when I requested, it might have been different. In summary, 0 sense of responsibility and 0 work done well. And even though they replied to me, they sell properties with liens. There was never a clause stating that the property would be free of debts at the time of purchase, and through all this, they kept me going in circles for 8 months. On the contrary, if an appointment is scheduled, it should be done together with the client, not when it suits you.

Negative experience: Beware that no one tries to buy anything from them! You will waste your time like I did, after 6 months. When you want to buy a property from them, they tell you they have to ask the investment fund and conveniently never get a response... In the end, after calling twenty times, you find out it’s sold. Do not trust the supposed managers (Toni) or the salesperson (Vanesa). Be careful and it’s better not to go to them as they never tell you the whole truth. I hope this review helps others.

Negative experience: A regrettable professionalism. We called to schedule a visit, and they gave us a day and time. On the day of the visit, we sent several WhatsApp messages to the guy from the real estate agency to confirm that we had the visit that afternoon. When the time came, we let him know we were at the house. NO RESPONSE. Another couple was waiting for the visit and received no response either. When we called the man from the real estate agency, he told us that there was no visit scheduled and that he was not going to come. According to the real estate agency, they canceled the visit, but we have not received any notification of this, neither us nor the other couple. On top of that, he couldn't even respond to those WhatsApp messages to explain or notify us that it was canceled. Not even an apology or anything. A REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE. VERY UNRELIABLE.

Positive experience: I bought the property, but the truth is that it cost me a lot. After arranging a visit and adjusting my work schedule, on the same day they told me that I couldn't visit. I waited another week, and in the end, I decided to buy, and of the 60 days that the process was supposed to take, it ended up taking almost 80. In the end, I had to call the Generalitat myself after telling them what they needed to do to give me an answer; they did, and then what was supposed to be there wasn't. But well, in the end, I bought it. I have been waiting for a week for them to remove the security door, and in the end, I had to remove it myself. I am still waiting for them to call me.
