Negative experience: -- They don't publish my review so their bad practices don't show -- I walk in, explain my situation (looking for a flat between 130-150K€ with a broker) for the area where the real estate agency is located, and they try to sell me an apartment worth 100K€, arguing that this is my real capacity and that it represents a challenge. They have been open for 22 years, but my feeling is that they don't want to listen to the client and will try to sell you anything (no matter how clear you are). I do not recommend it and I will not return.

Negative experience: Les hice una solicitud para que revisaran la vivienda despues de 1 semana de estar viviendo en la casa debido a la cantidad de desperfectos ocultos que presentaba y por supuesto ni aparecieron para cerciorarse. Después de 2 años me han descontado de la fianza casi la totalidad precisamente por esos desperfectos. se nota que estan a favor del propietario y no del inquilino

Negative experience: Un servicio pesimo y lamentable. Me entregaron las llaves de la propiedad y para mi sorpresa la casa presentaba desperfectos como cajones de armarios rotos, deterioro en la pintura de las paredes y suciedad en general. Hice la notificación primero por teléfono y después por escrito para que hicieran la labor de inspección y verificación y en su caso proceder a su reparación como es la obligación de la inmobiliaria pero hicieron caso omiso a mi solicitud. Para mi sorpresa, a la hora de devolverme la fianza, se me imputan cargos en concepto de arreglo de armarios, limpieza general y otros cargos por desperfectos que no se notificaron durante la inspección, con lo que me han descontado de la fianza casi su totalidad.no volveré a contactarlos

Negative experience: Puedes estar días esperando que el comercial o quien sea te llame porque nunca esta y cuando est tampoco se dedica a mirar las llamadas han sido 7 las llamadas que hice y ha pasado más de un mes. Son muy informales no lo recomiendo

Negative experience: El peor Trato jamas recibido, quedamos con un asesor para enseñarnos un piso y nos dejo 30 minutos sin decirnos nada, al llamarlo quiso posponer la cita para otro día. Lamentable
