Negative experience: En el anunció vimos un piso para alquilar a 580euros, cuando nos pidieron los papeles para firmar ya que estabamos interesados el piso subio a 625euros y obligado parking mas 60euros, son unos timadores de cuidado, no hay telefono de urgencia, y el trato es malo.

Negative experience: Contrato de alquiler abusivo, solo miran por el propietario. El inquilino solo puede pagar y callarse la boca. Contestan de malas maneras ante cualquier modificación al contrato.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia,nada serios.Si buscas alquilar un local no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Llevad cuidado y si os alquilan un piso, sobre todo HACED FOTOS DE TODAS LAS DEFICIENCIAS EN QUE OS LO ENTREGAN Y DE TODAS LAS MEJORAS QUE HAGAIS porque después os culpabilizan a vosotros de los desperfectos, para cobrar y arreglar el piso a costa vuestra. A mi me lo han hecho, y por suerte tengo fotografías, facturas y testimonios. Tampoco se responsabilizan de gestionar lo que le toca al propietario (como tuberías perforadas, etc) y os podéis encontrar en situaciones muy conflictivas. No veo que los que les 'dejan bien', o sea que ponen buenas puntuaciones digan por qué. Pero se supone...

Negative experience: Unos auténticos impresentables, sobre todo el dueño, Iscle y la recepcionista Olivia. Teníamos un terreno con un precio negociado y cerrado y el día de firmas del arras con cheque en mano, te llaman diciendo que el precio cambia. Después de reclamar seriedad y compromiso, te dicen que es lo que hay.

Fantastic experience: Uns experts en el tema de la gestió immobiliària. Molt bon tracte amb el client, sobre tot per part de Esther Gil i de l'Olivia.

Negative experience: Gens aconsellable. Servei deficient. Ens van tenir sense notícies de la nostra actual casa, durant un mes. Afortunadament unaltre agència portava també la gestió que la vam tancar en 10 dies.
