We wanted to buy an apartment and made a reservation; we went to the broker that this real estate agency has. We provided all the documentation and explained the time we had. Well, since we weren't getting any response, we followed up with this gentleman for 3 weeks during which my partner could never reach him by phone, and he kept giving me the runaround for days or weeks, making excuses that there was still time. If there was any issue, it's better for PEOPLE to communicate that it's no longer going forward for whatever reason and seek alternatives, because we thought he was a professional and wouldn't leave clients hanging. If it had been up to him, we would have lost the apartment we had so much hope for. Thanks to another broker, we managed to get the apartment and find a lot of peace. I hope he doesn't play with people's hopes anymore, Mr. Broker.

From here, once the reservation is handed over, the steps are as follows: Now you deal only with Benjamín, and this is where the real estate agency did not show me professionalism. They hardly explain anything during the process, lack of documents due to negligence, lack of communication, scarce information, little empathy with the buyer, minimal responses to my questions, questionable transparency, and on top of that, with a personal touch of arrogance. I finally managed to buy the house, but at no point did I feel accompanied or advised, rather the opposite. I have always had to chase after them, both my lawyer and I, and I strongly recommend going accompanied by a lawyer, do not let yourself be carried away. Would I recommend the real estate agency? No, not at all, undoubtedly there are many more professional ones, and I say this with the certainty of having made a few purchases and sales. Here the problem was that they had the property exclusively; had it not been for that, I would have changed agencies at the first sign of disinterest. Se llevan poca comisión y te asesoran en todo momento sobre financiación, impuestos, tasaciones y gastos de compra venta de inmuebles, puedes hablar con ellos en cualquier momento y eso hace que durante el todo proceso de compra venta y búsqueda del inmueble estés asesorado, a menudo los intermediarios son un simple lastre que incrementan el precio de compra pero con BN inmobles es todo lo contrario. Sin duda lo recomiendo si estas buscando una vivienda y créeme soy una persona bastante exigente. Pasado unos años, decidí cambiar mi hipoteca, no dudes en contactar con Bn, después de hacer una comparativa en mas de 5 bancos, Benjamin me consiguió la mejor opción, no solo es bueno en la venta de pisos si no que te busca las mejores condiciones de hipoteca posibles, si volviera a comprar una vivienda seguro que volvería a confiar en ellos.

Negative experience: Gestión nefasta en especial Benjamín , la persona menos profesional que he visto en mi vida , nos han tenido mareados durante un mes , dando una reserva y todo el papeleo que nos exigió para después de un mes decirnos que el piso se lo queda un familiar de la propietaria. No llaman nunca , no contestan los mensajes , entre la secretaria Benjamín y su otra compañera se van pasando la pelota.

Negative experience: Experiencia pésima, doy 1 estrella por que no puedo dar 0 Tras esperar un mes según ellos que el banco apruebe la hipoteca y contratar un gestor ajeno a la inmobiliaria para ver el por qué de l tardanza resulta que no se había iniciado ninguna acción. He perdido oportunidades con otros pisos por esperar sus ganas. No lo recomiendo y mucho menos al “Sr. “Benjamin” ya Que fue quien nos “asesoró” si es que eso se llamar asesorar , tras ir a quejarnos en ves de pedir disculpas estaba con una actitud totalmente prepotente. Si podéis evitar esta inmobiliaria os ahorraréis dolores de cabeza

Negative experience: Me estafaron 9600 euros de las arras de un piso, me ofrecieron buscar hipoteca y hasta el último momento no dijeron nada. Perdí las arras y resulta que ese mismo propietario, se quedó con las arras de otra compradora. Perdí el dinero ya que no se preocuparon de poner en las arras que sino concedían hipoteca, se devolviera el dinero. ESTAFADORES!!!!!! Al buscar abogado y ponérse en contacto con el abogado del vendedor, tenían las cosas muy claras y estudiadas! Incluso me recomendó no ir a juicio mi propio abogado "juez" ya que no sólo podría perder los 9600 euros, sino que tmb Podría suponer los 3000 de mis abogados y otris 3000 de los que me estafaron. MUY POCA VERGÜENZA. Considero que es necesario explicar para que no vuelva a pasar a nadie, mi experiencia con ellos fue un sin vivir. Después de perder el dinero, no volvieron ni a llamar.
