Fantastic experience: Hello, my name is Miguel Ángel and my parents just sold an apartment in Terrassa through Grocasa Terrassa Sant Pere. Cristian Gasco found a buyer in less than two weeks for the price we expected to get. He accompanied them at all times with complete honesty, not hiding anything, explaining any doubts and also accompanied my parents to the notary in case they had any questions on the day of the signing. Everything was perfect.

Negative experience: Positive points and negative points. Very good explanation about the procedures for selling the property and after buying another. I worked with Cristian and Pablo, and especially after the signatures, the communication has not been good; the messages either didn’t arrive or weren’t transmitted correctly, causing problems in reaching agreements. They have excessively distanced themselves after the signatures and in matters where they had no experience or knowledge. In summary, I wouldn’t recommend them because if problems arise, you may find that they won’t help you.
Negative experience: The WORST real estate agency in Terrassa by far. Not very professional; they sell you that they have a financial team to help you with mortgage inquiries and assess your case, but then they neglect any misunderstandings that may arise since they work independently ('you must separate the financial department and the real estate one,' said by the manager of the same place). It's somewhat ironic when they work side by side and should communicate between departments about each client's situation. In summary, there is a shocking lack of communication among them that translates, as one might expect, into the customer experience. They need to work on following up with their clients much more, and even more so on the seller-buyer evaluation and looking out for the benefit of both; after all, they are supposed to be intermediaries and should not have a preference for either party. Terrible experience working with Cristian and Xavi, I hope my case does not repeat itself.
Negative experience: They have no word, be careful with what they offer you because if it is not in writing once the sale is completed they will not fulfill it. Xavi brought us an offer well below the price we had and to persuade us, he sat me in the office and offered that if we accepted, to avoid losing so much, they would lower their commission by half. Furthermore, they did a simulation on how the numbers would look with their discount and the price of the offer alongside another mortgage guy. After thinking it over and since the deadline for the other apartment we had reserved was coming up, we accepted. However, after the sale, when I went to finalize the accounts with them, Xavi suddenly was on leave (how convenient) and did not answer the phone. Cristian told me that he had not accepted the offer, so they could not fulfill it. And since we did not sign anything (foolish me for trusting the word of a real estate agent), they could offer me a discount but not the half as agreed with Xavi. In total, I lost €3000 for trusting their word.
Negative experience: Not recommended at all. They are not true professionals and they play with people as they please. The experience with Xavi and Cristian was terrible. Do not come to this place.

Fantastic experience: As skeptical as I am about real estate agencies, I can only say that it was fantastic. I have dealt with many agencies and they were all worse, but Grocasa really caught me off guard. And I am grateful for that surprise because there are such difficult moments, like selling my house, where you need them to make it easier for you and truly work on the sale. They filtered a lot of buyers for me compared to other agencies, and I really appreciate it because what you want is to have visits from people who can actually buy (I mean, they can reach the price, as some individuals don’t even realize they can’t afford certain amounts). My experience was with Xavi Caballero; thanks to the Grocasa team, but especially to Xavi, because he has been a great professional, and I am very critical, but he has done an excellent job.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia, no son de fiar, presionan demasiado y se aprovechan de la gente, firmamos una paga y señal y al día siguiente pedimos que nos la devolvieran porque los números en el banco no salían y nos han dicho que no, son ladrones, personas que se quedan con el dinero de la gente que le ha costado muchísimo tiempo ahorrarlo
Hola Xdelia, no entendemos el motivo de tu descontento. Nosotros siempre trabajamos con estricta transparencia y en el documento de propuesta de compra, ya se contemplaban las consecuencias de cancelar la compra. En referencia a la financiación que también comentas, en Grocasa ofrecemos la posibilidad de trabajar con nuestro equipo financiero, pero no es un requisito de compra ni obligatorio y en vuestro caso indicásteis que la financiación la queríais revisar por vuestra cuenta. La financiación comúnmente se revisa previo a la propuesta de compra, por lo que sentimos que debido a esta razón no hayáis podido comprar la vivienda. Sin embargo, no consideramos que haya habido una incidencia por nuestra parte. Como hemos dicho anteriormente, el documento firmado que acompaña la propuesta de compra contempla esta situación. Hola Alexandra,Reservaste una vivienda y, en el contrato de reserva se especificaba que si como compradora te echabas atrás, perdías la cantidad entregada en concepto de reserva, una cláusula habitual en los contratos de reserva que además te explicamos antes de que lo firmases.En cualquier caso, si tienes alguna duda, puedes ponerte en contacto con nuestro equipo.
Negative experience: Visitan mi vivienda, hacen todo tipo de anotaciones y cuando me entregan la valoración parece que hablan de otra vivienda. Poco interés y escasas ganas de negociar.
Buenos días Antonio, como te comentamos, los portales inmobiliarios ofrecen un precio del metro cuadrado medio que, en ningún caso, puede usarse como un dato exacto para decidir el precio de una vivienda, ya que este depende mucho también de la ubicación (en el caso de Terrassa, en las medias que aportan los portales inmobiliarios, hay diferencias del precio medio de hasta 900€ de unas zonas a otras), las características del inmueble, el estado, la eficiencia energética, la orientación, el valor catastral y las tendencias del sector. El precio medio del metro cuadrado que ofrecen portales como Idealista es un dato orientativo.
