Negative experience: Incompetencia sería poco decir

Negative experience: Mi experiencia con esta inmobiliaria a sido francamente mala. Hice al reserva de un piso el cual se me dijo que tenía 70 m2 reales en la visita. Solicité información del piso como la nota simple pero no se me daría a no ser que realizara la reserva. La realicé y después descubrí que la realidad era que el piso tenia 59 m2 reales. En una llamada con ellos el comercial Manel negó haber dicho lo que dijo y me llamo mentiroso. Al llamar a la inmobiliaria me atendió una mujer llamada Eli la cual empezó a alzar la voz sin dejarme terminar de hablar por lo que al recibir ese trato decidí desistir de la compra (no eran la gente con la que deseo tratar en una compra tan importante). Acto seguido recibí una llamada de Manel el cual según sus palabras textuales "se quería quedar a gusto" me llamo mentiroso (yo creo que el único que dijo mentiras fue él), deshonesto y demás calificativos. Incluso hizo referencia a mi empleo y que tuviera cuidado, que si se escupe para arriba salpica y tal. Lo cual me pudo parecer una especie de amenaza, pero prefiero dejarlo aquí. No voy a subir fotos de la conversación de whatsapp con Manel porque no parece necesario, pero básicamente refleja su necesidad de "quedarse a gusto". Por lo menos me devolvieron la reserva de 1.000 euros que hice y por ello nos les puntúo con 1 estrella.

Negative experience: Atención nefasta e inexistente. Una semana detrás de ellos para intentar que me contestasen una duda sobre un piso que nos gustaba. Lo intenté por correo, whatsapp, audio de whatsapp, llamadas que nunca contestaban y yo dejaba mensajes en el buzón... De pronto veo que el piso ya no está, y yo como una tonta una semana detrás de ellos, sin pretender colarme delante de nadie, tan solo era una pregunta y lo sabían. Pues escribí anoche un mensaje de tristeza y decepción y una vez más me dejan en visto. Me han hecho sentir que quienes tenemos presupuestos más ajustados, somos de segunda. Ni siquiera una explicación o una disculpa, y eso hace que ya no confíe en esta agencia, ni pueda recomendarla. Gracias por haber jugado con nuestras ilusiones.

Negative experience: No responden a llamadas, Whatsapp... En serio tendrán la agenda super llena, que ni un hola, ni un está vendido/reservado el inmueble. Nada de nada... Con la imagen de empresa que he percibido al ponerme en contacto con ellos, no dejo que me gestionen nada de nada. En fin solo educación, que todos somos personas. Hola, gracias, adiós.

Negative experience: Experiencia nefasta. Vendimos la casa en abril, en mayo firmamos arras que no cobramos hasta septiembre, pero solo una parte porque el resto era su comisión, que no es pequeña... En vez de esperarse a cobrar a trabajo finalizado ( en la venta) cobran su parte en las arras y para mas inri tuvimos que estar el comprador y nosotros llamándonos para moverlo todo porque la inmobiliaria cobra y hasta luego .. en fin una vergüenza. Y el agente que nos llevó .. Manel, una vergüenza. No supimos de él desde junio... Y firmamos a mediados de septiembre la venta. De vergüenza . No la recomendaría por nada del mundo.

Negative experience: No perdáis el tiempo con los canales de comunicación que ofrecen en su web, ni por ningún otro medio. Si queréis contactar con ellos, toca llamar y llamar y llamar, hasta que de casualidad el contestador automático deje de saltar. No sirve de nada dejar un mensaje en el contestador, no contestan jamás. Los formularios que hay en su web, donde prometen ponerse en contacto con el cliente, tampoco sirven para nada, y el whatsapp lo leen y lo ignoran completamente. En mi caso, empecé a intentar contactar con ellos por todos los medios al día siguiente de que subieran una casa que me interesaba a la venta. Tras cuatro días sin recibir absolutamente ninguna respuesta, por fin conseguí hablar con alguien por teléfono, sólo para confirmarme que la casa ya estaba reservada. Eso sí, tras sonsacarnos si teníamos para una entrada, a los dos minutos llamó un comercial para tratar de ofrecernos otra casa.
