Negative experience: If you are a seller, go ahead, but if you are a buyer, be very careful. Especially with one of their salespeople, Belen. She has used us to sell one of her apartments in Can Jofresa (Montblanc 1). Specifically, a penthouse. Knowing our situation and seeing that we were trying to buy it because we had (unexpected) issues with the down payment, she decided to play with our offer for €1000 more. At first, she pressured us a lot and manipulated us. Be very careful. The root of the current real estate situation we have is the real estate agents. They will take what you DON'T HAVE and sell to the highest bidder. Not to mention the investors who play in another elite... Fortunately, we have already secured an apartment (much better and for the same price). I am posting this review because of the malpractice of this 'salesperson' who played with our hopes and future plans. Now if they respond, they will say they are sorry or that it wasn't like that. Anyway... If you notice, the good reviews are from sellers, while we, the buyers who are really the ones giving them money and allowing them to bill by charging double commissions, seller-buyer, are the ones whose interests should be respected and attended to more carefully, and we say the same....

Negative experience: Without giving me permission, they published my property because they 'understood' it that way and took my photos, editing them worse than anyone with some Instagram filters and adding a watermark that said 'style house'. This strategy to acquire new properties borders on illegal and hinders sales from the client if you don't do it with them. Not serious at all, I would not recommend them whatsoever.

Negative experience: Be careful!! They can charge up to 8% or more in commission (or fees as they like to call it) between the seller and buyer for the sale of an apartment. Notice that negative reviews have more likes than positive ones, there must be a reason for that. I speak as a partner of the seller's side of an apartment and fully endorse the review made by Luis de Rojas a month ago (you will find it in the list of reviews after many positive ones) as a buying party of this apartment where "the property" does not acknowledge what happened but it was exactly as Luis explains, in fact, from what is seen in the "negative reviews", "the property" never acknowledges their mismanagement. It should be noted the good attention received from the property agent, and I should also say that the seller who sold us the apartment did very well, although together with him and "the property" they deceived us, the rest of the sellers are all very mediocre just like the administrative part that lacks a lot of experience and professionalism as Luis also explains. Why did they deceive us? It was agreed with the property agent that the buyer would not be charged "fees" and it was accepted, otherwise, we would not have sold the apartment with them and I know that this condition was accepted by "the property". Charging fees (a euphemism for commission because they don’t provide any service) to the buyer ends up affecting the sale price (in our case, they made us lose €10,000, which is exactly the commission they charged Luis) since they are told that they will lower the price for the seller to compensate for the commission. In short, happy but deceived, to not say scammed. Now they will respond by blaming everything on the property agent or arguing that it is not true that the price would be lowered to compensate for the commission etc., etc. Just like the response given to Luis and the negative reviews. We cannot claim anything because the agreement was not put in writing but due to the trust with the property agent and "the property" we did not insist that it be put in writing (they wouldn’t have done it given what happened). I am one of those people who believe that a promise made to known people goes everywhere, and as I said before, I have evidence that it was accepted by management even though now they will say that the property agent did not tell them, and that everything must be in writing etc., etc. (it will all be a lie given the response given to Luis) Apartment sellers, consider yourselves warned, you'll figure it out, I do not recommend this real estate agency at all.

Negative experience: They contact you for an interview at 5 and I have to call that day (at 9) because they haven't sent me the email. They say the boss just arrived 20 minutes ago, which makes me wonder if he shows up or not. The interview starts and he connects 5 minutes late. They insist too much on you becoming self-employed. At the end of everything, they tell you that the job is only for a salesman, nothing related to what was stated in the ad. And as if that weren't enough, they question your vehicle (which they don't provide) under the pretext that there is a series of homes, claiming that they acquire 15 per month, but you go to the website and there's none of what they told you. Watch out for salespeople!

Negative experience: I would not recommend the real estate agency if you are a buyer. Summary: Very poor management of the sales, mediocre services, and little transparency. They charged me, knowing their power (either you sign or you are left without a house) 10,000 for a series of services they did not fulfill and for entering Idealista and leaving an email. If they really do not charge commissions, in that case could I claim the amounts paid for breach of contract? Also, if they do not charge a commission, why is the contract based on a % of the property's value? Development: 1. I found an apartment on Idealista, and after showing it to me, I was told about the commission. Later, the owner confirmed to me that a condition of exclusive sale was not to charge the buyer, which was confirmed to him in a meeting. On the day of signing, they took me aside and made me sign the 'representation contract'. 2. At first, they rushed me a lot with the apartment and were on top of me all the time. When I succumbed to that pressure, it turns out that the owner could not move that fast and we had to do a seasonal lease. 3. In their supposed service contract for which they charged me 10,000 euros, there was a list of services they fulfilled 0: 3.1 I asked them to negotiate the price and I know they did it reluctantly and poorly, claiming that the owner was very tough. 3.2 All the contracts and documentation they sent me needed to be reviewed, and some I had to do from scratch. You could tell that they did them 'last minute'. 3.3 I had to do all the procedures myself, except for an Excel they made, and they accompanied us to the notary, that’s for sure. 3.4 They didn't even handle the management of supply changes, it's a joke. The most worrying thing about all this is not the lack of quality, proactivity, and attention to detail, but the clear lack of transparency. I trusted them, I helped them, I was flexible, and they are probably laughing at me. I don’t usually leave comments on public forums, but after carefully considering it, I think it is important to have some publicity about these practices. I don’t know if this is something common, and I will encounter it in my next real estate management, but if it is general, they should start changing their approach. I regret having to leave such an unfavorable opinion here because I am sure they are good people and were just following orders.

Fantastic experience: Había pensado vender el piso por mi cuenta y menos mal que no lo hice porque había varios problemas registrales y gracias a Comprarcasa me los resolvieron todos del primero al último, he vendido el piso muy rápido y bien, gracias al equipo de Belén Romero, con Demian, Natalia y Carme, que hasta el notario ha hecho referencia a lo bien documentado y preparado que lo tenía todo, ha sido un placer, también gracias a Silvia que cada vez que íbamos a la oficina nos hacía sentir muy bien.

Negative experience: Esta inmobiliaria aplica un sistema de venta de lo más "rarito" Te hace firmar un contrato de arras donde previo pago de un 1%, debes de hacer una oferta que luego se cotejará con otras que hayan recibido y venderán la vivienda al mejor postor. Cuidado, cuidadín con estas prácticas muy alejadas de una inmobiliaria seria, formal y transparente.

Fantastic experience: Me han comercializado mi piso diferentes agencias con resultados negativos y muy poca profesionalidad hasta que contacté con Compracasa Stylehouse , si tenéis dudas o simplemente os están dando malos resultados vuestra venta ! Recomiendo 100 % que contactéis con ellos. Especial mención a Belen , y su equipo , que en su caso fueron Marta y Carme . Resaltaré por último último el excelente reportaje de vídeo y fotográfico que dio otra dimensión a mi propiedad además de un gran recuerdo que siempre dispondré.

Por la asertividad, la comunicación, constancia y el trato humano que han generado siempre. Felicitarte Toni, por todo los estudios, reuniones, llamadas, visitas, horas y esfuerzo y muchas veces sobreesfuerzo, por escucharnos siempre y tener esa empatía que deben tener también los asesores. No te sientes un número más en un mercado inmobiliario complejo, todo lo contrario, sientes que grandes profesionales están pendientes de tus intereses y van a por un mismo objetivo. Destacar también la gran profesionalidad de Natalia Orozco y Carmen Gil en todo momento por guiarnos a nivel burocrático y batallando con frentes abiertos y hasta que no se solucionó no cesaron, gracias chicas. Cuando un trabajo es excelente es que detrás hay personas increíbles que se merecen muchos más éxitos en todos los niveles. Negative experience: Nefasta experiència, vaig quedar avui amb l'agent que gestiona la zona de Matadepera, Núria, per veure una casa i divendres em va dir que estava reservada. Avui truca la meva parella per i resulta que la casa segueix en venda, però una altra vegada tot són pegues per veure-la, que si s'ha de fer l'electricitat, la calefacció, les reformes de la cuina i els banys, que quin pressupost tenim... Crec que la gestió de la reforma ja no és qüestió de la immobiliària, no entenc tanta pega si en el qüestionari classista que et fan passar ja demostres l'interès que tens per la zona i els diners que hauràs de desembutxacar per poder-hi viure.

Negative experience: Dues vegades en els últims 3 anys he tingut tracte amb Compracasa i les dues vegades el resultat ha estat nefast. El sistema que tenen de gestors immobiliaris que diuen que és innovador es resumeix en una falta de transparència, falta de comunicació, comissions dobles i el que es més important, falta de confiança. No ho recomano.

Negative experience: Hemos visto 3 casas con la inmobiliaria. No lo recomendamos. Hay muy poco profesionalismo, contacto y también nos han comentado que una casa ya esta vendida y al final lo hemos visto por otra agencia, así no lo recomendó si en la parte de la visita no son todo sincero no me imagino cerrar la operación de una compra venta con ellos.
