As stated, be very careful with these people. In my case, if necessary, I have no problem publishing the recordings and conversations, and what was said would stand firm.

Negative experience: I hired the services of this agency for the sale of a property of mine. Initially, when we signed the contract in October with the agency, it was for a sale of €169,000 (price evaluated by the agency) with a commission of €9,000 for the agency. Two weeks later, they called me to reduce the price by €5,000 because the sale was very difficult. I agreed. Subsequently, three weeks later, they called me again as there was a couple interested who offered €158,000, which was the amount for which my property was finally sold on February 7. My surprise was that when at the notary's office the agency handed me the invoice for their work, it was for €9,000. I believe that if I have reduced the sale price by €11,000, it does not seem right to me that the agency does not proportionally reduce their commission, no matter how much it is signed in the initial contract. From there, the work they have done has been perfect and impeccable, both Ms. Gemma and Mr. Roger. I thank them for the work they have done, but in my opinion, they are greedy in this aspect. For anyone who might be interested. To continue, on March 5, I will send them the 2024 IBI receipt paid by the bank on March 3 so that they can hand it over to the new owner as we agreed on the day we were at the notary's office. Ms. Gemma responded asking what this was because it involves many things and she does NOT remember. Since they have already collected the €9,000, she no longer remembers. They are greedy. Having a reservation and waiting to set a date to sign a deposit contract, they sold the apartment we had an agreement on without notifying me. Very poor management and little ethics. You are confusing the client and the situation. A reservation was made, and you told me you would hold the property until Friday, the day the deposit money would be transferred, and on Thursday, I contacted you because I hadn't received the account number to make the deposit, and I could never get in touch with you or received a reply. The following Tuesday was when you told me it was already sold. I also didn’t need a mortgage, and the payment for the property was in cash. So your response does not correspond to my situation. Incompetence and lack of ethics define you as a professional. I asked for a meeting to clarify the issue, and you always have an excuse (meeting, I don’t work that day, I’m busy...)

Negative experience: They deny us the deposit for a house we rented a year ago. They come to visit the house and say it is not in condition to be rented to anyone, while it is in much better condition than when they rented it to us a year ago, and everything has been verified with photos. The owners claim damages that were already in the house and a repair on a wooden door that was rotten, like the rest of the wooden elements in the house, and it has been reinforced with a piece of metal. It's unfortunate how they are washing their hands of this issue even knowing that the owner is trying not to return the deposit at all costs. They take advantage of people's needs and work with unscrupulous salespeople, as stated by the workers of this site once the problems arose. I do not expect a response or apologies, just that they take responsibility for their mistakes.
