Negative experience: I contacted them because they had a property for sale that interested me. After a week of WhatsApps with the agent's 'secretary' stalling my visit, claiming it was rented, they told me that the owner was only willing to reduce the price by €6000 on a property that costs almost €280,000. I told them that if that was the only possible discount, I wouldn't even bother seeing the property as I considered the price quite inflated. After this conversation, and in less than an hour, they proceeded to delete all the ads from their websites... Everything seems so strange and suspicious to me; I hope I don't have to contact this real estate agency again, they don't seem transparent.

Negative experience: They never show up, they don’t answer the phone, and they also use fake ads as bait. I called about a property more than 4 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for a response. Given the delay from the real estate agency, I went to the apartment in question to see if I could contact the owner and speak to him directly, and what I found was a property that has never been for sale and has always belonged to the current tenants.
