Fantastic experience: I had an exceptional experience with the Catedral real estate agency during the process of renting my new home. From the first contact, their team displayed exemplary professionalism and management. They were incredibly attentive to my needs and understood exactly what I was looking for. The management was efficient and hassle-free. They provided all the necessary information clearly and transparently, which made the rental process very straightforward. Additionally, the facilities they offered, from flexibility in visits to the speed of processing documents, were extremely helpful. I only have words of gratitude.

Negative experience: I don't give 0 because it doesn't let me, I have been calling for 3 days for the rental of an apartment, they keep telling me that they would call me at X hour and they never did, and to top it off, I called one last time and they lied to me saying that they called me and I didn't answer the phone, all false and pure lies.

Negative experience: Be very careful with these people, they are strong scammers. They rented me, my wife, and two children an apartment meant for escort girls, passing it off as a quiet residence. Every day at 7 PM, people would come to knock on the door. I spoke with the real estate agents and the owner, and they said they knew nothing about this. Then, when I talked to the neighbors and the maintenance staff, they told me they were aware since neighbors and the condo board always called the owner to lodge complaints. Later, they wanted me to sign a new contract after the first one expired, but it was completely different, thinking I wouldn’t read it. It stated that the owner can decide when to evict me regardless of the 4-year extension I had left. I mentioned that the complex has issues with cockroach infestations, and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Their names are María Magdalena (hahaha) and Conchi, little scammers.

Negative experience: 7 months since I left the apartment and they still owe me money because they were unable to do their job. Regrettable.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, to say the least.

Negative experience: Apartment in poor condition of dirt. Windows that do not close. After two months waiting for a solution we decided to leave, they told us that it was no problem and after a month waiting for the deposit, having left the apartment better than we found it, they told us on the last day that there was no deposit. They are keeping it. A shame.

Negative experience: Mala experiencia con una empresa que se supone saca su beneficio tramitando ventas y alquileres de inmuebles. Y digo "se supone" porque tramitar no ayudo a tramitar nada pese al interés del cliente. O% recomendable por su falta de implicación.

Negative experience: Si tuviera que ponerle 0 estrellas lo haría. Trato denigrante, la señora muy mal educada y con una falta de respeto y profesionalidad que no logro entender como sigue teniendo el negocio a flote. Faltó a un acuerdo pactado y por la culpa de la señora, he perdido la oportunidad de estudiar en La Laguna. Iré a consumo a poner cartas en el asunto y moveré el asunto por redes sociales para que nadie tenga que pasar por lo que yo he pasado.

Negative experience: Si pudiera ponerle un 0, lo haría. Esta señora no facilitó para nada la comunicación entre una candidata al alquiler de una vivienda y sus propietarios. Tuve que llamar a otra inmobiliaria para darme cuenta de que los propietarios no habían sido avisados de mi interés por esta señora. Perdí una gran oportunidad de alquiler por su incompetencia.

Negative experience: El trato es bueno y servicial, ahora como se suele decir, si voy a un restaurante y la comida está genial, pero en el postre hay una mosca solo me acordaré de eso y en este caso la mosca se traduce en una sensación de estafa Esta gestora medió el alquiler entre el arrendador y junto conmigo 5 arrendartarios ; el piso estaba en condiciones regulares cuando se recibió pero por inexperiencia no dijimos nada ni particularmente hable del deficiente estado de muebles y paredes. A la hora de finalizar el contrato, siendo ingenuos incluso dejamos el piso antes para que el arrendador pudiera enseñarlo y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa que una vez entregadas las llaves el arrendador se dedicó a sacar un montón de problemas que o bien estaban ahí o bien eran inexistentes. Se contactó con la gestora para que actuase y se dedicó a dar falsas esperanzas. Al final nos quedamos con un mísero porcentaje de la fianza y nos argumentaron facturas fraudulentas donde se relataban tales cosas como limpieza del piso (de no más de 120 m^2), que había conllevado uno o dos dias de trabajo por un valor en relación a horas trabajadas dignas de un profesor. A parte de pintar todo el piso a nuestra costa. No sé si toda la culpa es de el arrendador, de la gestora o, o de ambos. Lo que si sé es que se aprovechan y desmerecen la reputación que puedan tener.
