Negative experience: Terrible experience with N… G. . I went to visit a property she was showing last week on Wednesday (March 8 th 2023). She was nice . I wanted to buy the property right there on the spot as it was what I was looking for and make an offer . I told her I was ready to go to her office and make an offer that day . I told her I did not want to loose the property !she said “ don’t worry” I’ll meet you again Monday on site with a contractor to go over the property in case U want to make any change Sent her a text on the Saturday two days after seeing the place and told her I want to make an offer and not wait til the Monday although she said not to worry . No response ! I finally decided to go to her office on Monday (today) and make an offer and she said “ the property sold” . I am shocked since Nieves told me that she would meet me on Monday and I could at that point make an offer. I learnt in business that ur company will be as good as the quality of people working for you . Nieves was not honest with me and wasted my time . And the company she is working for and certainly to her level . I was scammed taken for an idiot and it does not feel good . I would not recommend anyone to work with Piso Barato and certainly not with Nieves . Bad business !!

Negative experience: Gladys, their sales representative, is arrogant and rude. After spending more than a week contacting them about a property, she sent us an impersonal WhatsApp with the NECESSARY ECONOMIC conditions of the rental, warning us about her fees, and telling us not to bother her if we didn't meet them. WE MET THEM, WE HAVE OUR OWN HOUSE, WE HAVE WORKED WITH PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE AGENTS, and her contempt and bad manners are indeed CHEAP. A little course in sales techniques and another in human relations.

Negative experience: Buenos dias, Mi experiencia personal ha sido una perdida de tiempo, hemos quedado con el cometcial Leandro Villejas para ver un piso a las 09.30, hoy dia 11.08 , aparecio a las 09.50, ya nos habíamos ido pq teniamos trabajo, total una falta de respeto por rl tiempo de los demas y hemos llegado tarde a nuestro trabajo y para nada... En contestacion a la respuesta de no se quien, déjeme aclararle que ningun FAKE, TIENEN TRABAJANDO GENTE COMO ESTE LEANDRO VILLEGAS QUE ES UN IRRESPONSABLE Y DEJA ESPERANDO AL CLIENTE 20 MINUTOS, SIN RESPETO, POR EL TIEMPO DE LOS DEMAS, y ya el colmo es leer la respuestde la inmobiliaria, normal que tengan esos empleados.... .... A la gente que lee no les recomiendo nada esta inmobiliaria pq ahi está, todos una falta de respeto, hay que tener descaro para contestar algo asi....poca vergüenza .

Negative experience: Como ya comentaron por aquí, no revisan nada. Habiéndoles preguntado si estaba todo en orden porque justo venía de una compra fallida, al firmar las arras, me llaman 5 minutos antes, estando yo en el sitio ya, que se aplazaba, y así fue dos veces más hasta que reconocieron que no se podía comprar, porque no había aceptación de herencia. Ni siquiera estaba legalizada. Una pérdida de tiempo, gasolina e ilusiones.

Negative experience: La verdad que muy descontenta, contacte con ellos por la valla publicitaria desde mi punto de vista engañosa, financiamos tu casa al 100%* bajo aprobación bancaria... cuando llamo me dicen que solo financian al 100 a funcionarios, bueno aún así me dijeron de intentarlo y envié todos los papeles que me pidieron tanto míos como de mi marido, fuimos a ver la casa, y me dijeron que en unos días me dirían si el banco me lo había aprobado o no, tras una semana esperando les hablo yo y me dicen que lo sienten que la casa ha sido reservada por otra persona ¿cuándo me lo pensaban decir? Que igualmente seguirían valorando con el banco lo de la financiación para ver que importe me darían para valorar otra casa. Cuando le volví a preguntar si sabía algo del banco me dejó en visto. Aún sigo esperando más de 1 mes después. La sensación que me dió es que como yo no tenía el 8% mínimo que te piden para notaría y demás pasaron de mi olímpicamente pero me lo podían haber dicho y no hacerme perder el tiempo en ir a ver a una casa que encima nos gustó y queríamos comprar. Después he llamado a otras inmobiliarias donde han sido sinceros desde el principio y eso se agradece y no me han hecho perder el tiempo de esta forma.

Negative experience: Creo que una inmobiliaria, antes de enseñar los pisos para alquilar o vender tiene que tener todos los papeles del piso en orden. Mi caso: después d firmar arras y diciendo en ellas, que no había nada pendiente, querían q la cerrara y registrara yo. Otro piso muy bonito q me enseñaron, cuando hablé de arras, me comentó uno d los herederos que faltaban hasta la aceptación d herencia. Las vendedoras son muy agradables, pero la agencia tiene q ser más seria para confiar en ella.
