Positive experience: My wife and I spent over 7 months searching for an apartment, and we had a terrible experience dealing with the staff in the Sant Boi area. Just when we were about to give up, we met Ruben Jimenez, who works in the Sabadell office. He's a great asset to the organization and has an amazing personality, as do all the staff at the Sabadell office. Their hospitality and professionalism are top-notch. I highly recommend that the staff in the area I mentioned earlier learn from the Sabadell team.

Negative experience: We called about a rental advertisement and were told to call back the next day because the visits were not yet open. So far, so good. In the afternoon, I received a notification from the app that the advertisement was no longer available, so we called back and were told that the apartment had already been rented. They rejected our visit without having any information about our contracts and lied about the visits not being open. Not recommended at all, it's an absolute waste of time and effort.

In other words, they take the month's fees from the owner and the month's payment for their services from the tenant. Basically, they do not comply with the new housing law.

Negative experience: I understand that landlords need to guarantee that the tenant pays, and I think it’s correct to have some solvency filters, like payroll, work history, or contract. But from there to asking for bank statements of everything you spend in your private life is even ILLEGAL, totally invading privacy conditions as if you like, you can spend your salary on buying watermelons while you pay the rent! They have no right to invade like that; I mean, they don’t even ask for that when you want to buy an apartment! Another ILLEGAL thing is asking you for the rental payments you made to your former landlord. There are acceptable things and things that cross into total illegality! Very deplorable and even reportable. I do not recommend.

We asked if the apartment has air conditioning, and he confirmed it, showed us how to use the air conditioning control panel, and made sure everything worked. After signing the contract, it turned out that the apartment does not have air conditioning, and the agency denied any responsibility for it. The online service is extremely rude and unprofessional, they close any request 3 seconds after opening it, without resolving it. Additionally, it is impossible to contact the owner: we have 1000 letters (from banks, government, tax office, etc.) for the owner and nobody cares. Overall, I strongly advise against both owners and tenants working with this agency.

Negative experience: Safe rental!!! It has nothing to do with safety!! They rented us an apartment with a flea infestation!!! The visit was very quick, and I didn't notice it, but of course, Ruben being with several continuous visits couldn't perceive it either, or maybe because he receives a commission, he rents out anything without checking the cleanliness again, the broken items, and also the loose wires once they left the apartment in a deplorable state. They gave us the keys and immediately we went to Safe Rental, taking all the photos, and they told us they couldn't do anything !!! When they rent you the apartment and charge you one month's rent to manage all the issues of the property, legal matters, and intermediating with the owner, it's a LIE. They just collect and forget to call back, and it's been over 2 months since we canceled the contract returning the keys, and they still keep charging me for electricity, gas, and home insurance, and no one provides a solution. There have been many calls, and I also personally claimed at the real estate agency, but they don’t provide a solution; they are shameless, and they charge you flat out.

Negative experience: This agency is a scam. We booked 5 different apartments. The salespeople give apartments to people who are their friends. Foreigners shouldn't consider this agency because they don't provide for them. They have charged us a lot of money in the name of a refund guarantee for apartments, which is 8 euros, and in the end, they keep it and don't give you an apartment. From the very beginning, they have planned who they are going to give the apartment to; they just waste your time and money.
Negative experience: Not recommended for being a tenant. They wanted me to sign a contract that did not match the actual conditions of the apartment and they refused to modify it and add an annex. Luckily, there is Rubén, the agent who showed me the apartment, who is very professional and kind and intervened so that I could sign the contract that matched reality and that the annex stated that the apartment contained nothing. They forced me to take out insurance that covers €10,000 more than the contents even though I insisted that my contents are worth no more than €5,000. I sign the contract with the last bills delivered to me and when I call to get them, they refer me to the owner for him to provide them. After doing so, I find out that he has no idea about all this.

Negative experience: He quedado hoy para ir a ver un piso de alquiler, no se ha presentado nadie, el teléfono que me han mandado por sms no responde y al llamar al fijo me han dicho que no han podido localizar al comercial, así que he estado media hora esperando hasta que me he cansado. Todavía estoy esperando que alguien se ponga en contacto conmigo, me parece muy poco profesional.

Negative experience: Como propietario he intentado durante meses conocer con ellos su modo de trabajar, su manera de llevar las cosas y no ofrecen transparencia ninguna, correos y más correos pero nunca conseguíamos llegar a entendernos. El resultado final es que me han dejado de contestar lo que me da que pensar que no tenían respuestas. En mi caso soy un propietario que quiero vivir tranquilo pero también quiero que viva tranquilo el inquilino. No somos enemigos, todos nos ayudamos y nos necesitamos pero parece ser que este no es el modo de trabajar de Lloguer Segur. Demasiado ocultos, demasiada poca transparencia y todo muy raro. Respuesta a la respuesta: Ahora tras escribir esta reseña me dicen que les escriba, después de meses y meses de escribirnos. Eso es demagogia y lo demás tonterías. Señores de Lloguer Segur: no se trata de aparentar que atienden bien sino de atender bien realmente. El Sr. Albert tiene todos los correos o debería tenerlos.

Cómo política de empresa trabajamos duro por dar una atención personalizada, tanto que siempre asignamos un asesor inmobiliario especializado en la zona, y que se encuentra junto al propietario durante toda la vigencia del alquiler. Además, siempre ponemos a disposición de nuestros clientes diferentes canales de comunicación directa con nosotros, entre otros, el email, un área privada de cliente, e incluso la atención personal en nuestras más de 40 oficinas. Negative experience: A la hora de que un inquilino queramos alquilar un piso, sois unos crack! a la hora de quererse ir del piso cumpliendo contratos etc, y a la hora de devolver dineros y avales un puñetero desastre y muy lentos (estuvimos más de 3 meses) y tras 4 años de haber abandonado el piso, siguen reclamándome facturas ya que no hicisteis el cambio de nombre de las compañías eléctricas de los años posteriores a no estar viviendo en el piso.... NI VOLVERÉ A ALQUILAR CON VOSOTROS NI OS RECOMENDARE!

Negative experience: Para alquilar como inquilino genial, todo buenas palabras. Para rescindir el contrato la cosa ya cambia un poco, y resulta que no dan de baja los suministros a tu nombre (por contrato te prohíben que lo hagas tú mismo y dependes que ellos lo hagan). Gracias a esa nefasta gestión por parte de LLOGUER SEGUR, ahora tengo una deuda con ENDESA de 900 euros (que por supuesto no es mía, son de los nuevos inquilinos que han estado viviendo maravillosamente sin recibos de luz y gas) Ahora para contactar con ellos... 902, esperas y derivaciones. Nada "suerte en la vida" es la respuesta por lo visto.

Negative experience: El trato es bueno cuando quieres alquilar pero cuando dejas la vivienda la cosa cambia mucho, me siguen llegando las facturas de suministros cuando en su día a la entrega de llaves me comentaron que cambiaran de titular enseguida, a la hora de coger el dinero como corren, pero para solucionar los problemas la cosa cambia mucho.
