Hemos sido clientes de NovaFinques sin buscarlo porque ellos eran los que gestionaban la venta del piso del que estábamos interesados. El proceso ha sido muy largo y duro pero no creo que precisamente haya sido por ellos. Ha habido terceros (la inmobiliaria encargada de vender mi piso) que ha buscado guerra y rivalidad cuando de lo que se trataba era de vender mi piso para que yo pudiera comprar otro. NovaFinques, y más concretamente Alina, ha conseguido que finalmente pudiéramos comprar sin ninguna repercusión negativa hacia nosotros. Se han dejado la piel para que así fuera. Gracias.

Negative experience: A esta inmobiliaria me gustaría dar cero estrellas. Mi marido y yo estábamos alquilando un piso con ellos. He pagado la reserva donde decía que tendríamos que hacer el traslado el día 1 de abril, en caso de desistencia perderíamos el valor de la reserva. Pois bien, quedamos de firmar el contrato de alquiler antes del dia 20 de marzo. Enviaba mensagem, llamaba y siempre postergando hasta que mi marido el dia 26 personalmente fue hasta la inmobiliaria, le dijeron que estava tudo listo que quedaba algo por parte de los propietarios, certificación energética, algo do tipo... que no nos preocupemos pues lo máximo antes del día que cambiáramos para el piso lo firmaremos. Ojo!!!! Esto día 26 y estábamos en trámite con todo listo, empresa de mudanza, aviso de salida del piso antiguo, cambio de internet y otros servicios. Para mi sorpresa por la noche me llamaron para decirme que no podíamos alquilar el piso, ¡imagine esto! Nos dijeron que los propietarios no podrían irse del piso, pero que tenían otro para enseñarnos, que estaba muy bien, nuevo. Para mi una falta de profissionalismo sin dudas, lo único que hicieron fue devolver el dinero de la reserva muy pronto. Pero con todo eso que pasó no la recomiendo!

Negative experience: Nada recomendable. Os aseguro que no soy la competencia ni nada por el estilo, he sido usuario. El comercial Jose, su trabajo de 10! Rápido y profesional en sus funciones. La secretaria Amy, super atenta y resolviendo me todas las dudas que yo tenía. Alina (resuelve problemas) una profesional de los pies a la cabeza y resolutiva en un gran contratiempo que hubo y menos más a ella.... Pero si tengo que hablar de la gerencia, pésima y nula, nada atento con el cliente (yo), he sido yo quién estaba más preocupado por los tiempos que se cumplieran y por trámites, que la gerencia y eso que la gran comisión se la llevan ellos... En fin, como bien se lo dije delante de ellos, una y no más. Nada recomendable.
