Negative experience: I give it one star because Google doesn't let me leave negative stars. I rented an apartment on Sant Miquel street 92 in Sabadell, a staircase with 2 neighbors. The coexistence was impossible with the neighbor downstairs, so I had to leave because we couldn't stand him anymore. Also, the gentleman from this agency contracted maintenance services for electricity and gas in my name without my authorization. He also entered my home with a copy of the key and manipulated the boiler and the thermostat. He sent a woman to go up to my private terrace claiming it was communal, and to top it off, he owes me money. A disgraceful person in every way. At least he didn't keep the deposit since I charged it in advance; otherwise, he would have taken it, the shameless guy. So, consider yourselves warned.

Negative experience: Cuadramos una visita ayer para ver un piso, dejando claro nuestro interés decidimos pedir que se bloqueara el piso para poder visitar-lo de nuevo a las 24h con mi pareja. Accedió, citamos la hora, y todo parecía correcto. Esta mañana a pocas horas de la cita nos llama diciendo que ya lo han reservado y que no podía hacer nada al respecto. En ningún momento se nos informo de ningún tramite para la reserva, ni inconveniente en bloquearlo cuando se lo pedí... El trato ha sido deplorable, sin casi respuestas y con una actitud casi chulesca que deja mucho que desear. Muy muy poco profesional, todo y teniendo sus mensajes de Whatsapp para confirmar lo dicho.

Es un tipo bajo mi punto de vista muy deshonesto y que con su agresividad te presiona mucho a la hora de tomar una decisión si un inmueble te puede interesar o no. No lo aconsejaria a nadie. És un pirata. Apareció y despareció como arte de magia, una vez consiguió que bajo tanta presión yo cogiera el local, que ahora lo vuelve a alquilar. No lo alquileis!!! El local és una ruina y el propietario, igual de pirata que Toni Tió.
