Nothing pleasant, 0 tact, no interest on his part, and very unpleasant. Negative experience: Initially we were working with a young man named Asier to sell our house. It was a pleasure working with him; professional, attentive, responsible and dedicated to his job. Excellent communication above all. Everything was going well until out of nowhere we were told that our house would be reassigned to an employee named Borja to sell it. It goes without saying that there was no comparison with Asier. Yes, we ended up selling our house, however, we had put our garage for sale with this real estate agency and they were not informing us about it. No communication of any kind. When we tried to reach out to him, there was always some kind of excuse on his part, but there was no real solution to help us sell our garage. He had assured us that he would put up a sign to announce that a garage was available for sale but we found out it wasn't true when we asked our neighbors about the garage. After all, he never put up the sign. Aside from that, when we picked up the keys to the garage at his office, we noticed that they had given us the wrong keys. He lost our keys! On top of that, Borja didn't even apologize or take responsibility for his lack of professionalism. There was no transparency or communication with us. It has been a disappointment. ** The day after posting this review, Borja called my husband and didn't ask him, but begged him throughout the call to delete this comment because his boss hadn't seen it yet, justifying the work he didn't fulfill. Aside from the failure of having lied about the sign, he continued without apologizing or acknowledging his lack of responsibility. **

From the moment we stepped a foot in the offices, they were very welcoming, they showed us an apartment, arranged a viewing of the apartment, explained the process of renting in detail, and then guided us through the process until the contract was signed. Additionally it helped that Guillermo was fluent in English, which is a constraint for expats looking to rent with little or no knowledge of Spanish language.
