Negative experience: Very poor advice, unprofessional behavior without any information! Apartments in Fuerteventura in miserable condition! The entire residential complex is run down, dilapidated, and everything is dirty! You can't see any of that in the photos! You are pressured to make a transfer as quickly as possible, unprofessional! Then came threats with a lawyer, which completely goes against customer-oriented cooperation! Stay away from this real estate team in Fuerteventura and Marianna (or her husband who was sent)!

Negative experience: We had an appointment in Fuerteventura with the real estate agent Marianna. Beforehand, she had sent us beautiful photos of the complex and the apartments, and we were looking forward to the viewing. When we arrived, the first shock was that she wasn't there, only her husband, who unfortunately seemed very helpless. He could only show us one single apartment, which was in a catastrophic condition, just like the complex. We were interested in the apartments on the first floor, not downstairs. He then constantly called his wife, saying they had two apartments on the upper floor, where tenants lived, but they would move out after the purchase (because we know the laws in Spain, we know that this doesn't have to be the case). On the phone, she tried to persuade us and pressure us to buy one of the apartments. We declined, as we had another viewing appointment. In the same complex, but with other apartments, a competitor showed us around. The agent's husband noticed this and followed us, threatening and shouting that we couldn't buy apartments from him. We found all this too silly and left. The agent then sent us angry WhatsApp messages and threatened us with a lawyer if we purchased one of the other apartments. We have never experienced anything like this.

Negative experience: As a company, it leaves a lot to be desired, especially highlighting the DISASTROUS work of Manuel, who goes to see the apartment, tells you everything is fine, and then, coincidentally, you don't see a euro... little word and seriousness, I don't know how people like this can handle such important paperwork. Besides, they never solve ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING, they NEVER answer the phone and even less show their face! Be careful whose hands you put your money in. You will never see it again.

Negative experience: No recomiendo para nada esta agencia, ya que el señor Manuel no tiene ningún tipo de palabra, he sido engañado y toreado, tuve ciertos problemas con el piso que alquilé y jamas me solucionaron el problema final, pero una vez me fui del piso, me llamaron más veces para solucionarlo que estando alquilado, una vergüenza total!!!

Negative experience: Nefasto sin ningun tipo de palabra, se entrega las llaves al fin de un alquiler y un tal Manuel porque Sr. No se puede poner dice que todo perfecto y luego saca facturas donde no las hay, pues los dueños te dicen que has roto todo lo que ya estaba roto. Pero tranquilos la justicia llega

Negative experience: ¡Ojo vendedores! Esta agencia se apropia del importe total de la reserva realizada por el futuro comprador por perjuicios si éste se retracta de la compra y el vendedor aunque haya resultado también perjudicado no percibe ninguna cantidad.
