Negative experience: Mi contacto fue con Laura, nada profesional. Te presupuestan la vivienda muy por debajo del mercado real para vender antes, pero ellos no bajan su comisión. Tenía una cita con Laura ni se presentó, ni llamó, le mandé un wapsar y hasta la fecha no sé nada de ella. Impresentable. El precio de mi vivienda era de 345m€ Laura me pidió que si quería vender tenía que bajar a 260m€ o como mucho 280m€, subrrealista, acabé vendiéndola por 330m€, sin Laura claro!!!

Negative experience: El último documento que firme ya les había bajado el precio de venta de mi piso y encima me hacen firmar un documento como que les tengo que pagar 9000€ de Comisión. No lo puedo recomendar. En lo que se refiere a mi no me he sentido atendido. Les di la exclusiva de venta de mi piso en Noviembre 2018. En Diciembre 2018 me dicen y me hacen firmar un documento conforme el piso ya estaba vendido, en ese documento iba el nombre y DNI de la parte compradora. Y no era verdad. Me han tenido con continuas escusas y el piso sin vender. Una pésima gestión y un trato muy negativo. A mi ni me cogían el teléfono no me contestaban por whatsapp. En el mes de Febrero 2020 me dicen que pase por la oficina de Avda Barberá de Sabadell, voy con la esperanza de recibir buenas noticias y me dicen que el piso no se lo puede quedar la parte compradora. No los puedo recomendar. A mi me han provocado daños y perjuicios. 17/9/2020. Recomendación 0.
