Negative experience: Irresponsible individuals. First, they canceled my rental reservation 10 minutes before signing, and they refused to compensate me. The apartment I rented had a lot of issues, and they said they would send a technician, but he never came. From April to September without air conditioning, they don't refund the security deposit, and they wash their hands of the situation as much as they can. Without a doubt, the worst experience ever. My recommendation: NEVER RENT FROM THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY.

Positive experience: I had a bit of a troubled start, but they managed to turn it around and provide proper service.

Negative experience: Be very careful. They do not return deposits to the elderly and vulnerable. I've been contacted by several clients who want to file a joint complaint because it seems they have been like this for years.

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency in Sabadell. I had to constantly chase them, they left me waiting weeks and weeks for a response, they constantly ghosted me on WhatsApp, and it was a nightmare getting them to come fix vital things in the apartment that were in poor condition. When I entered the apartment, it was dirty, and I had to clean it myself. Now that I am leaving, I left the apartment clean, and they automatically charged my deposit for a cleaning agency. They do everything possible to not return the full deposit; I do not recommend this real estate agency at all. My experience has been terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, AVOID IT IF YOU CAN!

Negative experience: Bad experience, we are still waiting for the return of the deposit we paid for an apartment we went to see, and then they said it would no longer be for rent and that they would show us another one. They never called us back and, let alone, they haven't wanted to return the deposit of €300. They will be shameless, thick-skinned tricksters.

Negative experience: Buena atención mientras no haya ninguna complicación. El alquiler fue ágil y rápido. Lentitud extrema en las reparaciones que corresponden al propietario del piso alquilado y mala comunicación con la inmobiliaria, teniendo que ir detrás de ellos todo el tiempo para que se dé un mínimo paso y sin solucionar el problema. Llevamos desde que entramos (1 año y 3 meses) esperando a que nos arreglen un aire acondicionado y ya han venido a verlo 3 veces porque nos hemos ido quejando pero aún no lo han reparado. Nos pusieron además una mampara de ducha que no valía nada y se rompió cayéndome encima y haciéndome una herida en el brazo y llevamos desde hace 4 meses pidiendo que la reparen y lo único que nos responden es "estamos en ello". Han venido a verlo 2-3 técnicos también pero a hacer presupuestos y ya, sin repararlo. Eso sí, al año nos han subido el alquiler y tenemos al día todos los pagos, incluidos los impuestos de basura.

Negative experience: Lamentable servicio, no responden a las peticiones de los inquilinos para que arreglen despefectdes muy importantes

Negative experience: Estafadores. Como gestores de fincas, de lo peor que he tratado. No te resuelven NADA. Te engañan y por supuesto, hacen todo lo que haga falta para no devolverte nada o lo mínimo de la fianza, aunque hayan comprobado junto a ti el estado del piso e indicado que todo está correcto. Hay muchas mas APIs como para caer en manos de estos personajes.

Negative experience: Trato delictivo! Después de alquilar mi piso y contratar un seguro de impago que se cobraron el primer mes de alquiler, cuando me deja de pagar el inquilino me entero que el seguro no está pagado. Cuando voy a preguntarles me responden con evasivas y largas. Unos impresentables de cuidado, nada recomendables.

Negative experience: No devuelven parte de la fianza, te dan largas absurdas, dicen que son los dueños. El servicio que dan es el peor que he recibido nunca. No la recomiendo para nada. Es más recomiendo huir de ella.
