They do not respond to the questions from the communities they manage, you have to chase the issues over and over again, always taking time to give answers and not being conclusive in contacts with the suppliers. I do not recommend them.

Negative experience: If I evaluate their management as property administrators, as other people comment in these reviews, it could be rated as regrettable. No initiative when it comes to solving problems. Problems remain unsolved forever. The arrears increase significantly every month that goes by. They do not know the DH law, or if they do, it is partially, making it impossible to have good management. The important agreements reached in the meetings are not fulfilled, as well as the approved actions. Little to no transparency. To the point of telling you that they have carried out actions that you later discover have not been executed. They do not respond to inquiries via email, or if they do respond, it is partial or evasive answers. What they do perfectly is collect their fees and increase them every year without notifying the owners. Unclear accounts. Neither the owners nor the president have access to the community accounts. If any community is interested in having them manage their administration, it is better to think carefully before making this decision. I do not recommend them at all.

Negative experience: I suppose that property management doesn’t yield much profit for them, because their service in our community has been poor and nonexistent. Very dissatisfied.
